Beautiful hairdo (makes you look like a Disney princess :-D ) #1 feels like a true dreamy wish from the heart #2 made me nearly fall to the carpet (not a flying one though), because it sounds so great #3 almost had me "dwarfed". I don't know #4 It's probably to new (or I'm too old). Thanks.
I feel like the first the is Once Upon A Dream from Cinderella, the second is Aladin “A Whole New World”, the fourth is “At Last I See the Light” from Rapunzel. I feel like the third is “I Can’t Help Falling in Love”but I don’t know. I have been watching your channel since August, and you’ve helped but I still have an issue. That would be the pouting your lips for the higher notes. I am African American, and though I wouldn’t say my lips are too big, I can’t pout my lips and push them forward to make a sound so I’m stuck blowing hard air into my instrument. Is there a way you could elaborate more on that or is there a way you could teach me to do to that? Thank you!!
Awesome guesses! The third one is Some Day My Prince Will Come from Snow White 😊 I do have a video on how to play the flute with thick lips. Here's the link if you're interested. ua-cam.com/video/VgdBapp8VpI/v-deo.htmlsi=CjYrfk24A6FRwR8W
Apart from the great advice from Jane you could also try and find some youtube videos of African Americans playing flute (like ua-cam.com/video/_qu-blRye9I/v-deo.html) and see if you can spot anything helpful. Myself I have quite ordinary lips and I have found it to work best for me to lower the position sligthly to get the best sound. I'm just at an intermediate level. There is a James Galway video on embouchure that is quite interesting and funny too.
You hair looks very 👸 🧚
Aww thank you!! 💕😊
I love the 4th one (I see the light from Tangled)
Such a lovely tune! 😊
You play so well !!
