I am teaching nearly 600 students at the university level, yet my compensation is not reflective of this responsibility. Additionally, some US Universities employ international staff on J-1 or H-1B visas, often compensating them at lower rates and failing to offer green cards once their visa terms end. This creates a continuous cycle of hiring new international graduates without providing them with long-term opportunities. Please help.
