In advance of the federal Speech from the Throne, the Grain Growers of Canada (GGC) has released its own “Speech from the Combine,” a video asking for government support for Canada’s grain industry in order to drive the post pandemic recovery.

Ever try running a combine on electricity for a month for almost every hour of the day for that month. Nope. The oil and gas industry in Western Canada as well as agriculture is under attack. "Carbon Tax" is just a penalty for business and does nothing to help the environment. Our best stewards of the environment are our farmers and ranchers.
