    I love 16:8. I also didn’t do it for weight loss. It corrected my hormones so much I got pregnant at 44! 😂

      Oh yikes! I have enough babies! I need to be careful. I was listening that insulin intolerance causes hormone imbalances

      @@JustSewTrish please look into Dr. Ken Berry. UA-cam channel and dr.Eric Berg. Both are extensively on insulin resistance! 🙏 need to cut carbs!
