4. There is NO room for mean people on board the Life Boat. Because we discuss very sensitive things from people’s past, here in our group setting, we have to protect those people. The only way they’ll feel confident and comfortable discussing those things is in an environment free of trolls and mean people. So if you’re a mean person or a troll, we are going to block you for life. Sadly, there are people in this world who enjoy being cruel, solely for the sake of being cruel, that’s not going to fly here.
But if you're here to learn how to live your best life, beat addiction and live a sober life, then you'll find that The Life Boat is just that .. A Life Boat.

That's right..that smile, that kindness .ripple effect again. If you're getting coffee or whatever & sense cashier has an attitude..just be kind anyway. A few kind people in a row may change their day & the next 100 people may not have to deal with the negativity that you felt. Possibly save 100 people that negative morning coffee etc.

The reason I made my screen name CultivateKindness is because I tend to be sarcastic although I am naturally a happy person. But it helps me to hold my tongue when I would say something not so nice. Seeing the screen name before a nasty comment is eye opening for me to check myself. It really works!

I'm exhausted my mind would not shut off last night so not only did I finish the video I get to record today.
