Can we take a second to appreciate the fact that Jeff has never once done an ad during any his videos. At this point, he's decided to choose straight to the point, informative videos over millions of dollars. What an awesome guy
He said in an interview that his videos drive traffic to his website. I myself have bought two of his programs. I really like the Core4 abs program, had a ball running that. I'll probably run it again in the future. People can say what they want, I don't like training at the fast tempo that he likes, but man, I've learned a lot from him.
@Greg Tyrone Yeah youtube has started doing that. They'll put ads on channels that don't ever see the profit from it just because they have such and abundance of ads.
Maybe you have less views than other years, but I will never abandon you. I found your channel when I was absolutely broken (physicaly and mentally) and I was in a very bad condition. But you made me change, you made me get my best shape and I still keep it. So, Jeff, thanks. Thanks for all.
I don't think he has any less views now than before. Remember, older videos with top content and good titles tend to accumulate a shitload of views over several years.
And the greatest decision you made was to share your knowledge with millions of people around the world who have benefitted massively from your experience and skills. Thanks, Jeff.
Very inspiring. At 56, here one of my biggest lessons: never train for ego or to impress others. Nobody gives a s*** about your number of plates or personal best. Focus in your inner progress. Train from a place where everything you do at the gym must support your needs. Just my two cents. God bless you all!
Completely agree with this - do your own thing. Often while others wildly swing around much heavier weights, I stick to lower ones but move them more slowly (or myself more slowly if it's a body weight exercise). It still surprises me the number of people who train with weights in a gym that miss the point of ** resistance ** training.
54 years old here, lifting since I was 13-and this is right on. After 3 surgeries in last 4 years from workout injuries, I have finally learned my lesson. That extra plate? No one cares. Change another variable (speed, volume, etc) and stop obsessing about the weight. Don’t learn the hard way like I did.
Hey Jeff, I've been a building contractor for 30 odd years and have acquired various injuries along the way. I've often stopped working out because of the injuries, some requiring surgery but once the rehab is done I try to get back into the gym. I've recently turned 54 and my motivation was near zero...but you're videos have recently inspired me to get of my arse and get back to some training. I started with a 30min walk everyday and have now restarted weight training. I especially liked you're view about working with injuries....very inspirational. As my physiotherapist says "motion is lotion" Thank you. Ric.
Looking back to my early teens cluelessly working out in my friends basement, it is mind boggling how much more I know 50 years later thanks mostly to you.
My biggest regret is not taking my fitness seriously until I was 38. I'm 40 now and have lost 105 pounds but have hit a major plateau. I'm not giving up but really wish I started taking fitness seriously a lot sooner. But, @Jeff, your videos are soon helpful and I love your 100 series!
I feel that. Letting myself get out of shape over the last ten years, and trying to fight my way back into better shape now, the difference in effort required is ridiculous. I wish I had the foresight to just keep at it over all of this time, instead of letting my body go, then spending the next few years struggling to claw my way back.
If you hit a plateau I'd suggest taking more rest and recovery. This applies to your mind and body. Forget the plans. Just explore and have fun with training.
Congrats on your 105lbs!!! That’s incredible!! I have no idea what your diet/nutritional plan is but I’ll throw out there a suggestion: Shirataki/ Konjac rice or pasta- aka ‘Miracle Rice/Pasta’. It is basically carbLESS (1-3g total carb per serving). You may even make a bowl with Kettle & Fire Bone Broth to get yummy, satiating nutritional goodness along with all of your EAAs, but without all the calories… Anyways keep up the great work !! ✌🏼 ❤️ 💪🏼
Trained on & off all my life, 47 in June, now 8 weeks back in to a new lifestyle schedule including improved diet, improved sleep pattern, a 1 mile uphill march warmup, 1hr-1hr 20min weights & resisitance and a 1/4 mile swim every day Mon-Fri before work. Like everyone I have my prefferred exersize's and bad habits that creep in over time, old injuries that I have to work around; but spending time watching Athlean-X, learning and re-learning from Jeff always proves invaluable. Anyone looking to improve their physical-self and wondering which of UA-cam's infinate advice channels to watch and learn from, THIS IS THE ONE. Many thanks Jeff.
It really amazes me how this is one of the channels I am subscribed to the longest and they still pump out the most amazing content. Going strong for years and there is no end in sight. Thank you for all the knowledge and inspiration!
Jeff, I appreciated your openness in this latest video. I am a firm believer I must continue to achieve personal growth if I want to continue to create physical growth. You are a living example of this. At age 67, my strength continues to grow in both areas. You have been an insightful and inspiring teacher. My heartfelt thanks!
#15 hit home for me. I injured my arm in June and totally worked THROUGH it until September when I started seeing a physical therapist who immediately instructed me to work AROUND it, like you mentioned. Great advice all around! Thanks Jeff!
The un-shrugging of my shoulders during chest exercises was the single best piece of advice (among countless other improvements) I picked up from this channel.
I’ve appreciated the quality advice you’ve given us over the years Jeff. I’m 42 and in great shape, partly because I’ve followed a lot of your advice. Thank you!🙏🏾
Hi Jeff. Could you make a video on corrective exercises? Listing them by problem and explaining their benefits and how to incorporate them in a program
I’d add only two Things I would add to this list is the importance of stretching after a workout or even after correctional exercises or even just taking a day where you just stretch and do just correctional exercises. Your body and it’s flexibility will thank you years later down the rode. Your muscles, tendons. The importance of getting enough sleep. Your body needs sleep wether you like it or not. Im happy you did this. Everything else I appreciate that you covered Jeff. I take pride in getting to where I am. The only major mistakes i made is I thought I had to cut out most sugar, fats, and bad carbs and have huge amounts of protein to get “shredded” or lean with muscle. I also didn’t always sleep the best and I never ever stretched after a workout or took a day to work on my flexibility (and as someone who became a calisthenic athlete that was very important regardless if I was one or not) great video and I hope my comment from my shared experience helps someone out there as well!
Love your content, Jeff! I’m 54 years old and getting stronger, feeling better and looking better each day thanks to your advise and expertise! Don’t stop!
I appreciate your honesty and openness about your mistakes and your struggles. It really makes me feel normal with my own struggles. Seeing you being the same as me and achieving so much makes me hopeful and feels empowering
I've worked out on and off for over 20 years, but have gained more knowledge from discovering your videos a couple weeks ago than I ever did on my own. Thank you and I appreciate you sharing your knowledge!
All of your videos are gold! I log into AthleanX almost everyday, I don’t feel that “Thank you” really says it for me. I want you to know that without question, you and your videos and website have changed my life. 54 years old next month and have been training for 35 years and I am still learning. Please, Continue your great body of work!

With growing older, I have had to make adjustments. Seeing your video helps a lot. I am 63 years old, and now am trying band workouts that have actually lowered my shoulders pain quit considerably. Thanks for all your videos...they really do help and give me some training ideas!
I am still doing bands. I do higher reps as I am not trying to bulk out, and have lost some more weight around my stomach. More shoulders are a dually becoming more defined.
I have been watching a lot of your videos on the mistakes that people make in the gym. My doctor turned me on to your channel and I am astonished at how many mistakes I was making especially around my shoulders. No wonder my shoulders are so messed up. I'm so glad that I found your Channel💪
That would be amazing. I noticed yesterday that my shoulder on my left side tends to slouch forward. That shoulder is also very tight and susceptible to pain. I know it's out of alignment when I lift because I can see it. I think my body is trying to protect it from injury, but I think the misalignment is causing other problems in my neck.
I'm so glad these videos are not just a advertisement for the program that means so much. And since then it makes me want to go to the website and actually do the program without him telling me to
Jeff? Thank you for all the inspirational videos you have been posting along the years. My fitness journey has been quite a journey and you have been there for all of it! You are truly one of the heroes in my life
I respect how you are humble about this when you have a great success. You being not shy of sharing your weakness only adds to your greatness. Quite refreshing to be honest in a field where the self admiration can be suffocating
I have done many more mistakes than you. Above all of them was the fact of not paying attention to my overall posture when training. Now, thanks to your advice, I am more aware than ever of this particular mistake. Thank you.
I've just qualified as a personal trainer and I just want to tell everyone that everything this guy is saying is truth. Been watching for a couple of years now and you're doing good work😊
You made some great points, Jeff. I remember you mentioning in an older video about unshrugging your shoulders in a bench press or pushup. It didn't occur to me till now that the same is important in other chest exercises. Also, you just gave me a valuable piece of advice when you said to work around injuries instead of through them. In my history of gym injuries, I would stop training for months before I would attempt to start training again. However, after watching your channel for a little while longer, I found that you provide a ton of knowledge in how to do that. All of this and more are reasons why you've helped me in my fitness journey, and I'm sure I could say the same for many others. Thanks for another helpful video.
a very merry christmas (and other holidays) to all of you. Mr. Cavalier,... you have taught me so much over the years. Just want to say a huge "thank you" and "appreciate you". May all your (good) dreams come true. A very happy new year and another "thank you".
Jeff Cavaliere! Thank you for helping me get the body I've always wanted at 60 years old. I didn't look like this at 40 years old. I was doing so many things wrong, trying to build a chest, let alone any other body parts. No more. Your level of expertise is unsurpassed! Thank you for changing lives for the positive. You're the best!
My feet started having problems with arch dropping and I didn’t know why but I decided at that time to always take care of my feet by buying support shoes and treating my feet like a King.. it paid off about 2 later and I still do my best to get and keep my feet in great shape.. now I’m happy and my feet are not hurting me anymore
You help me a lot with my workouts and explain things in simple terms and you're very honest with us all on how to build muscle. Thank you so much for your help and support bro. I look forward to seeing more videos and learning more from you.
As someone whose life revolved around the gym, meal prep and training regimens from 2000-2016…trust me when I tell you: This man is preaching wisdom and honesty. This channel looks to be doing great things. Train smart. Train hard. Thanks for putting this together. 🙌 ✌️
I'm 52 and I would give anything to go back in time and implement all that I've learned over the last decade. The dishonesty of M&F magazines did me no favors but it was my only source of info at the time. I've went through 4 of your programs and many many youtube vids. Great stuff.
Phenomenal video Jeff. Great advice all round. I especially emphasise the point of training around injuries. I've had a nerve pain in my arm whilst deadlifting for a while now. I decide to replace the barbell with dumbells and have had no trouble with it since.
It is never easy to talk about your own mistakes; it takes strength. I'm grateful that you chose to do so and share yours so we can all become better for it.
Hey Jeff that is awesome that your still providing value to people online for free. By far I think no one can beat your channel. Because of the no nonsense approach you have in the way you show people anyone can get fit. Some of the fitness gurus dont take into account the human anatomy like you do. I could go on and on. But I love baseball Analogy and you seem to have all the bases covered when it comes to fitness.
Jeff, I absolutely relate to the flat feet saga, and learning to listen to my body rather than do more leg extensions. I've found one of the best leg exercises for my flat feet and achy knees is to drag a weighted rubber 50 gallon trash can backwards for about 20 yards. Most leg exercises aggravate my knees, but that really fires up every muscle in my legs without hurting my knees. Discovered it at work, pulling a loaded can to the compacter.
Always good to learn from others pitfalls. Especially when it's on platform like yours.. Have to give you credit for this upload Jeff! I'd love to see more behind he scenes as well!
you always show me exactly what i need to see and hear. thank-you. has happened many times. i have much respect for Jeff and how he pivoted to providing home workouts when the gyms were closed early pandemic. what a gift to the human race. if only they have ears to hear and eyes to see. almost 75, been serious about holding off sarcopenia for only the last 10 years - the result: muscles only i can see. been religious about aerobics on the Nordic Track Skier for 40 years. no sugar and only whole foods and well water for the last 4 years has been the corner stone on my best physical foundation ever. lo carb, healthy fat for the win. what i have learned about the body from studying biochem since Feb 2019, is the muscles are the flush pump for the body waste products. there is no lymph system "heart", instead we are designed to move and the musculature does this pumping action. i have learned much from Jeff and Jessie. Much respect to you both.
@@zachlewis2751 beware that you don’t have anterior compartment syndrome. I have extremely developed calves , ignored the pain/cramping and now have had multiple surgeries and have significant neuropathy . My calves are down to about 16.5 inches but , aside from the giant scars , still look very well developed . Obviously can’t train them anymore but you should get that looked at before it gets too outta hand.
Rest, rest, rest! Going to bed at 10pm instead of 1am - even if I got 8 hours sleep. There’s a big difference between 8 hours of sleep that starts from 10pm then if it starts from 1am. A rest day A Deload week Heck Even a week off from the gym has helped me ENORMOUSLY.
@@coachtim6188 personally, I think the problem would be if you’re forcing yourself into exhaustion, or an unhealthy state to stay up till 1 AM. If you stay up until 1 AM like clockwork, and you feel amazing with no issues, probably not a problem.
15 minutes before leaving for church, PRICELESS! I have had many days I had to compact my resistance training in the morning so I laughed when you said this. Thank you for this fantastic video. It was very informative!
I’ve had some shoulder pain In the rear part of my shoulder for about two weeks. After doing some research it seemed like a weird one since most people get pain on the top or front. The other weird thing was that the only thing that would cause me pain is external rotation. I started doing resistance exercises that you suggested and am convinced it was due to impingement because after two days of doing it my shoulder is already MUCH better. These are now a daily exercise for me to keep my mobility up. Thanks for all the tips!
Could also have something to do with the rotator cuff. I had a similar injury a few years ago and it sounds a lot like what you described. Warming up with some band work for your shoulders and doing underhanded pull aparts may help.
Thank You. Your exercises on rhomboid pain was so helpful. Was in agony for weeks , tried massage , chiropractic , Etc, not much help. Just 4 days of following your exercise program i am 60% better Many thanks Marty
*Amazed by your hard work! Your tips are always making my workouts bette!. I always dreamed of helping people like u bro, now trying my best so thanks for the motivation and best wishes form Ukraine*
Great video. I can definitely relate to #3. In the '70s just following the "manual" on old Diversified Products eqipment was not good. In the 80's, "no pain, no gain" could be an error. Those things resulted in some back problems that stuck with me until I started Jeff's "pretzel stretch."
Ha! Diversified Products! I remember that equipment! It's a miracle we survived (that being said, it was all most of could afford - and without it, we may have never started training at all)
Stop having kids, y’all! No one asks to be born, & no one has the moral right to inflict serious, preventable harms upon others without their consent-harms being pain, fear, worry, sickness, injury, grief/loss, fatigue, death. Besides, it’s morally wrong to place someone in a position from which death is the only escape!,.
Great video! Two things really stood out for me. First it was how you stand on your feet. You were ‘rolling in’ on your ankles very badly. Your foot was collapsing to the inside which means you were partly walking on the side of your foot. Every single step you took was putting undo pressure on your ankles and knees. Hopefully you got inserts for your shoes and learned how to rotate your hip to the outside. Teach yourself to put the bend of your knee over the small toe. The more complex subject was noticing you had been doing an abundance of shrugs. This was an amazing discovery. All lifts must be deconstructed to learn how to use the least number of muscles. If you can isolate them to work independently you can better use them together. This skill can be done by anyone, but it is incredibly difficult as it requires supreme mental control and years of practice. Here are two examples. You could have a marathoner’s heart but if you your entire body was tense while racing to catch a ball you could be out of breath after running only a few feet. A powerlifter could play on the piano and his hand would get tired and cramped in a single minute. A well-trained 10-year-old girl could effortlessly play longer and louder than the powerlifter. As a test, when doing leg presses, question if you can keep your arms and hands so relaxed that you could write a letter.
At 61 the biggest issue I have is dealing with fatigue after workouts. Working muscles to failure is fine but I would like some tips with dealing with fatigue without reducing intensity, which I have battled all my life.
What a guy. Jeff thank you so much for these videos. Your '20 effective reps' technique from the 100 workouts , the '12 reps killing your gains' one, the stretch principle and some others are absolute gold. They all work. Taught me so much and for free. I feel like I owe you some money lol
Thanks Jeff, that makes me feel a whole lot better that you grew up like me.. eating "thrash".. first thing in the morning. Great Video... keep them coming, Bro.
Thanks, man. I found your channel 2 days ago and have watched a few of your lessons. I found them very valuable and have already incorporated some of the actions into my routine.
Yes, back in the early 90's I bought all the fitness magazines and followed the pro's workouts exactly and subsequently tore down my body with diminished results. They never tell you that you need to be on gear to get those great results.. 😞
My biggest muscle-building regret was getting overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information out there on the internet. Keep it simple, keep it consistent and adapt when necessary.
Jeff, excellent video! In fact, all of your videos are an inspiration to me. Thanks for your advice for both exercises & nutrition! You're right, it's crazy how much sugar is loaded into foods, and reading those nutrition labels is a wake up call !!!
Thanks again although I know a lot of this I still benefit by hearing it again. Your videos really are the best thing on UA-cam for many reasons. Not just from a weight lifter perspective (I am not a weight lifter but a cyclist) But your videos are applicable to so many things in training for any sport or just fitness. I can also tell you that your physical therapy videos have helped me so many times both for slipped lower back disc's & also rotator cuff/shoulder type pain/ injuries. The way you show what is going on with your example skeleton etc is all great! Thanks again! I plan to look at some of your home programs as part of my 2023!
I’m a 58 yr old woman. I like to stop in the middle of a contraction, go down slow & back up slow. I have a fast, stop, slow method. I love having muscle control! I build strength quickly by doing this! I can do 60 reps wrists curls starting with 15 lbs up to 30 lbs dumbbells. I love calisthenics… Thank you Jeff!
Keep make this kind of video. Something you did not add but has transform my life the power of stretching. I would love and see more the power unleashed through adding a stretch day!
I wasted several years of a committed 5-day/week routine that should have yielded a chest that looked as great as the rest, but didn't; because I lacked and never learned the knowledge of how important it is to "be a tree, not a T" among other form corrections. YEARS of doing it wrong. But after watching channels like yours, I haven't missed a weekday yet this year and I don't plan to stop. At 33, if I stay committed, my best body is still ahead of me! 💪😬👍

I've worked out on and off for over 20 years, but have gained more knowledge from discovering your videos a couple weeks ago than I ever did on my own. Thank you and I appreciate you sharing your knowledge!
Always putting out professional content with great advice for beginners or advanced lifters
All of your videos are gold! I log into AthleanX almost everyday, I don’t feel that “Thank you” really says it for me. I want you to know that without question, you and your videos and website have changed my life. 54 years old next month and have been training for 35 years and I am still learning. Please, Continue your great body of work!
Thanks@Nom Nom

I’ve watched your videos for years. I’m 44 now still keeping up with 20 year olds at the gym, thanks for all the tips!
With growing older, I have had to make adjustments. Seeing your video helps a lot. I am 63 years old, and now am trying band workouts that have actually lowered my shoulders pain quit considerably. Thanks for all your videos...they really do help and give me some training ideas!
So are you still doing bands? Give us an update...Thxs
I am still doing bands. I do higher reps as I am not trying to bulk out, and have lost some more weight around my stomach. More shoulders are a dually becoming more defined.
@@daveandcindyroman652Excellent that you're still keeping up with it!
You're a Beast! 😀
I have been watching a lot of your videos on the mistakes that people make in the gym. My doctor turned me on to your channel and I am astonished at how many mistakes I was making especially around my shoulders. No wonder my shoulders are so messed up. I'm so glad that I found your Channel💪
This guy really knows his stuff and is straight to the point
Jeff, could you please make a video on corrective exercises, covering all body parts and how to fit them in our regular training sessions ?
You are truly one of the heroes in my life
What a boring over used phrase my fitness journey 😴 🙄
You always provide topknotch information, I've been trying to work through a shoulder injury and your video will definitely help.
Thanks!
As someone whose life revolved around the gym, meal prep and training regimens from 2000-2016…trust me when I tell you:
This man is preaching wisdom and honesty.
This channel looks to be doing great things.
Train smart. Train hard. Thanks for putting this together. 🙌 ✌️
I go through fazes of binge watching Athlean over the years...HOW does he not run out of valuable info and vids. He's Still the best!
As usual he is as humble as he is strong. God bless 💪
I'm 52 and I would give anything to go back in time and implement all that I've learned over the last decade. The dishonesty of M&F magazines did me no favors but it was my only source of info at the time. I've went through 4 of your programs and many many youtube vids. Great stuff.
Quick idea here: how about a video specifically on corrective exercises and their benefits, thanks Jeff !
I second this. Iv only just found this channel but the dude has been massively helpful already.
Im down 85 lbs , been watching your channel for the last 15 of them. Thank you so much, your channel has become my bible.
Phenomenal video Jeff. Great advice all round. I especially emphasise the point of training around injuries. I've had a nerve pain in my arm whilst deadlifting for a while now. I decide to replace the barbell with dumbells and have had no trouble with it since.
Pain in the forearm?
It is never easy to talk about your own mistakes; it takes strength. I'm grateful that you chose to do so and share yours so we can all become better for it.
This is super informative! Question for you... have you ever tried a meal plan from Next Level Diet? I got one and I love it!
Next Level Scam
I think this is possibly your best video Jeff, definitely my favorite. Thanks a lot, I really appreciate you sharing your experience
You took church attendance seriously and we’re blessed with a revelation for your training because of that 🤣🙌🏼 15:26
Hey Jeff that is awesome that your still providing value to people online for free.
Thank you Jeff for all you've done for me and continue to do! Been watching since before & throughout Jesse's journey. 🙌❤️💯
You’re 100 series is a game changer for getting a kick ass workout in quick time before going to work! Thank you Jeff!
Something about you man tells me we're from the same planet, glad I found you man. My body's already starting to heal
5:56 I'd love to see a detailed video on muscle cramps and what triggers them. My biceps cramp up quite often either when doing curls or chin-ups.
Same for my calves. I was pinching my nerve

This might be the single most valuable fitness video you’ll find in UA-cam… 💪🏻💪🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Rest, rest, rest!
Going to bed at 10pm instead of 1am - even if I got 8 hours sleep. There’s a big difference between 8 hours of sleep that starts from 10pm then if it starts from 1am.
A rest day
A Deload week
Heck
Even a week off from the gym has helped me ENORMOUSLY.
Fax
@@coachtim6188 personally, I think the problem would be if you’re forcing yourself into exhaustion, or an unhealthy state to stay up till 1 AM.
If you stay up until 1 AM like clockwork, and you feel amazing with no issues, probably not a problem.
@@MrSirDudeGuy Nope there's nothing wrong with it.
Jeff actually sleeps at 1am-8am.
Just get your 7-8 hours that fits your schedule
Thanks always jeff brother for all all the tips you do, and the workout you show I share with my friends and myself obviously
😮😮😮 Most of my mistakes have been in the kitchen. Since I felt like I could eat anything while working out… I DID! 😮😮😮
@@EricVasquez203 Yeah i've been doing that and it has 100% made an improvement!
Thank You. Your exercises on rhomboid pain was so helpful. Was in agony for weeks , tried massage , chiropractic , Etc, not much help. Just 4 days of following your exercise program i am 60% better Many thanks Marty
Great video as always dude! Thanks for all the free content ive surely used many of your tips over the years 💜
Perfect video for any youngster out there! Already forwarded to nephew and his buddies! Thank you for what you do!
*Amazed by your hard work! Your tips are always making my workouts bette!. I always dreamed of helping people like u bro, now trying my best so thanks for the motivation and best wishes form Ukraine*
Man! This is, hands down, one of my favorite videos from this channel.
It's a miracle we survived (that being said, it was all most of could afford - and without it, we may have never started training at all)
@@test123497 Yep, absolute truth. 👍
Probably the best video u have ever done. Love how straight to the point all the constant information was
Jeff face pulled his way out of birth
That was the regret i was expecting. I expected him to regret not starting to do facepulls as soon as he was born.
Thanks for this. I'll take a look at the shrug chest foul, i might be doing this 👍
When being 20 years old is killing your gains.
so many juicy nuggets in this video !! Thank you for being vulnerable to admit “ mistakes”
so that we can learn from you .
Holy crap Jeff, 13.2 million subscribers.
Those my friend are serious GAINZS. You have changed my life for the better. Thanks just isn't enough!
This is probably the single greatest fitness video ever made on UA-cam! Thank you 🙏🏻
What a guy. Jeff thank you so much for these videos. Your '20 effective reps' technique from the 100 workouts , the '12 reps killing your gains' one, the stretch principle and some others are absolute gold. They all work. Taught me so much and for free. I feel like I owe you some money lol
The way you describe your eating habits.
Described me perfectly.
Thanks Jeff, that makes me feel a whole lot better that you grew up like me.. eating "thrash".. first thing in the morning.
Great Video... keep them coming, Bro.
So glad i found you.. everything you speak of is truthful and knowledgeable..
Thanks, man. I found your channel 2 days ago and have watched a few of your lessons. I found them very valuable and have already incorporated some of the actions into my routine.
I could not stop looking at what was on the bar in the background
Thanks Jeff for your work
Thnk you so much for the unwavering inspiration and support Jeff!!
I LOVE the fact that Jeff uses Ratio protein yoghurt. One of the best. No added sugar and 25g protein per tub! Absolutely love the vanilla flavour.
Fantastic information and content. Such a great insight and teachings. Plus I WANT THAT FRIDGE!!!! Wow.
Love the videos and programs. Doing AX1 again for the 3rd time in about 5 years and I need it more than ever!
I can't tell you how much I appreciate your knowledge and videos. Thank you for posting these videos to help us.
I can do 60 reps wrists curls starting with
15 lbs up to 30 lbs dumbbells. I love calisthenics… Thank you Jeff!
Keep make this kind of video. Something you did not add but has transform my life the power of stretching. I would love and see more the power unleashed through adding a stretch day!
Came back to the Channel after 2yrs. Sickness, laziness work life kept me away. Gonna start from today.. You still look same ❤️ Take love.
Excellent tip with the shoulder shrugging and chest gains.
💪😬👍
Thanks to this channel, I have added the face-pull and/or prone jacks to the end of all my workouts.
Love this video. Attached a band to my pull-up bar at home to get my face pulls in at home, game changer
