    Wash the chicken.
    No need to pat dry, you going right into the egg wash. Why pat dry when you gonna wet em again in the egg wash.
    And the dry ingredients need to be doubled.
    You also need to put down the spoons and utensils and go in with your hands.
    You need more oil for a deep fry.
    Drop the chicken strips in the hot oil after breaded
    The best way to know if the chicken strips are done is when they start to float in the oil (more oil).
    You only pat dry meat for. seasoning to stick and stay on the meat.
