Great promo. I'm glad that someone in the UK is going for Pink Lady, a great tasting, versatile apple. The best tasting apple I've ever tried was a Magic Star, grown on a farm in Cambridgeshire, but that is my opinion. Some points to expand upon:- Don't you vacuum up fallen apples to prevent pests and disease? How long between planting, then grafting to harvesting? Lifespan of stock? Pruning and tieing in? Soil compaction prevention/remediation? I should imagine going for small, lightweight, tracked machinery might be beneficial? Frost damage prevention? Thank you for sharing a view of your production methods.
