This show is a modern Disney classic. It has some absolute banging episodes. I specially love when they have some Tres Caballeros, Darkwing Duck and Gooftroop references and plots.
This is a great funny show. Especially if you grew up with the old Disney Afternoon. There is a lot of nostalgia to be had. Glad to see more people I watch reacting to it. It seemed to fly under the radar when it came out.
It's really one of the best remakes of what was not a bad show to begin with. It would be easy to take a bad outdated cartoon and make it better. DuckTales was not bad by any means, but it really was made better by giving the triplets individual personalities, and making Beakly and Webby very capable female characters. I wasn't thrilled with LP and Glomgold being dunces, but it's hard to complain because they're legitimately funny in their own right. The over arching plots are fantastic, and there are a bunch of obvious references, but also some very subtle ones.

David Tennant as Scrooge is perfect casting; his voice work is phenomenal!!!
The first time Scrooge was voiced by an actual Scottish voice actor.
