Renault 0.9 Tce TURBOCHARGER Check ( strange complicated design )

In this video you will see how the turbocharger works on this Renault Clio 4 with a 0.9 Tce engine . I will do a bidirectional test , show you the part numbers of the solenoid , actuator and valve ; also inspect the turbine for any play . So if you have any problems with the turbo , there might be some usefull information here .

Sorry ist in Deutsch, aber Sie sind der einzige der mal den TCe90 vernünftig erklärt hat.
Nach meinem ersten R5A Turbo 83 habe ich mir 2017 einen Stepway TCE 90 2013 gekauft.
Sein Problem ist das er zwei Seelen beherbergt, mal sanft mal Brutal mit Motorklingeln bis es schmerzt.
Wie der erste Lauf wird entscheidet er selbst, ich starte dem Motor und er läuft rau,
auf dem ersten 2-5km läuft er sehr Fett und beim gaswegnehmen entzündet sich der Überschuss im Auspuff, wenn er gerade bei 3000Um im Boost war sogar mit Flame !!!
Am nächsten Tag genau das Gegenteil, er läuft sanft, ist still, zieht keine Kuh von der Weide also wie ab Werk gedacht.
Keine Fehlermeldung zum Motor im System NIX, einzig auffällig ist das Gaspedal, diese hat bei ca. 30% Stellung den Tick die Drosselklappe auf 100% zu öffnen ein cm weiter normal weiter zu machen, auch das ist mal da ,mal nicht.

8 Renault / Dacia Werkstätten haben nichts gefunden und eine Gaspedaltuning oder Chip Tuning ist nicht zu entdecken.
Die ist nur die Geschichte, die paar Jahre die er noch hat mit mir bau ich eh nichts mehr um außer es geht was kaputt, aber wenn Sie eine Ahnung haben warum er zwei Leben in sich Trägt so wäre ich sehr gespannt was es sein könnte.
Ich tippe auf Wärmesensor / Luftsensor oder ähnliches, vom R5A Turbo weiß ich noch das er manchmal dafür sorgte das der Motor annahm das er im Kaltstart ist was zur totalen über Fettung führte.

Hi, I had an P0299 with engine Mil on I scanned with OBD2 function with VCDS, there was oil inside inlet manifold, throttle body etc, I changed PCV valve, air filter, boost pressure solenoid code also said boost pressure regulation, the idle is rough at 1200 to 2000 when cold or hot, I am thinking Throttlebody may have oil in the electronics as had this on an audi before, I managed to get a 2nd hand TB for £12 off eBay off a right off car which only had 12.000 mls, fitting tomorrow so hopefully it's the TB but am scared the oil is turbo or rings however hopefully the oil is being sucked from engine, I did slightly over fill with oil just before this happened, I never thought of this till writing, will update here tomorrow. Will drain intercooler and clean all the pipes tomorrow. 😂👍🤞

I couldent find any infor about Clio 5 1.0 tce engines.. There is a dump valve that lest the vasted air out and i couldent find where the wasted air is going out from. Does anyone know ? BTW, i will try to boost the turbo waste sound, thats why im looking for the nozzle.

the filter is permanently built into the fuel tank and is not replaceable

Your turbo may be broken and leak into the system

Clean It and use a better oil ,change oil at 10-15000 km

when you checked the turbine (3:52), you can see a small hose going out of the compressor housing that connects to the switch solenoid. isn't that the source of the air presure required?
