What he did on two counts is felonies, jail time is needed. He’s 25, his brain will never mature, he’s as old mentally as when he started using drugs. There is no excuse for his actions. His career needs to end as soon as he’s paid every thing he owes.

Hold up, at around 2:20 Keyshawn says he doesn't see Rashee receiving any jail time. Ask yourself this, if you caused a highway pile up after an accident you caused and then you bailed from the scene .. would you go to jail? Yes or no.
Update : Expectations are no jail time and only a half season suspension for Rashee. Reminder .. Calvin Ridley bet on an NFL game that he didnt play in and received a whole season suspension. Smh.

It really pisses me off when Keshawn J. Sticks up for every player that has broken the law or been involved in off the field antics. No matter what they’ve done he’s there to defend them. And some of the stuff he defends them for are serious stuff. And he’s pretty much saying that the people that got hurt in the accident are just out to collect money. Oh my back hurts that’s messed up

The car crash victims have more than just physical injuries. The mental trauma from this incident and then how Rashee mishandled the situation will be with these victims for years. Mental Health should not be taken lightly. On the legal side, based on TX laws, the state now owns his car. Leaving the scene of an accident, racing, have been huge issues there. I believe they will make an example of him. He should serve some time in jail and maybe he will grow up

100 % agreed on that point. The trauma of being involved in an altercation such as this one is just as detrimental as physical pain. The mom of the little one who was in the one of the cars hit said her child was traumatized as I can imagine. It is not ok that Rashee and the other dudes didn't give a care about it. I'm horrified.

And now it's been revealed that marijuana was found in the vehicle. Could it be that the reason he fled the scene was to avoid a DUI? He should be held accountable, and for players like him where life is a game, that means more of a punishment than the slap of a wrist and not playing three games. Having him miss three years of games because he's rightfully serving his sentence might help him to actually understand the gravity of his decisions.

You can’t tell me possible probation is a consequence fitting to what he did. If this man don’t get any jail time. If I was a victim of this I would sue the breaks off this man and make sure he knew he messed up.

That section of 75 where the crash happened is semi underground, so there is nowhere to go in a wreck, which is why wrecks there are so bad. Additionally, it wasnt that long ago that a young man got a brand new Lambourgini, went driving on that section of 75 and killed himself in an accident. This could have very easily gone very tragically.

The only reason for him fleeing the scene of the accident would've been due to DUI or Possession. Hopefully he'll surround himself with better friends who won't go around encouraging, or allowing, him to go around doing dumb shhht. As a KC fan this incident was worrying as Rashee Rice is the only decent WR in that Receiver room.... Skyy Moore Bust, Kadarius Toney loads of talent but something missing between the ears, Mecole Hardman 4th string WR, and I'm not convince Hollywood Brown is gonna be any better than MVS (MVS may not have done much in terms of quantity, but he certainly made some crucial catches in the last 2 post-seasons). I'd rather have a Receiver that makes the most important catches than a receiver who gets loads of yards but drops the ball when it really matters i.e Tyreek Hill (yeah controversial I know, but I said it! I loved Tyreek when he was with the Chiefs but I always said the dude couldn't catch (hand-catch), Tyreek likes to catch the ball in front of him using his arms, which is all fine and good when he's in space with the ball in front of him but in tight spots like the SB against Tampa (ball went thru is hands and hit him in his facemask in the End-Zone) and in OT of AFC Championship against the Bengals if Tyreek had better hands he would've caught the ball instead of allowing the DB to get flick the ball outr to his teammate which pretty much gave the Bengals the W and a ticket to the SB.
