Feel free to continue using the pillars. I just think the stairs and trapdoors have a more realistic look. It’s thin and looks like actual trim you would see for a real life door. And it’s less bulky than the pillars which allows for the doors to be placed in smaller areas. I’ll probably still use the pillars every now and then
