You’re 1000% right on this my brother but hear me out- you know our fans are, let’s say, “hopeful” at best about what could have been, stemming back to the Dez Bryant catch.
Personally, I think CeeDee was plagued by Dak’s unfortunate injury in 2020, but we all know the eye test shows CeeDee is an absolute MONSTER. I work with delusional Vikings fans that love to point out JJetas dominance but the numbers are so similar, that I agree with your take for the most part.
Where I disagree, is that CeeDee is the victim of cowboy hate. CeeDee’s rise began in 2020 with that incredible catch against the Vikings but because of that star, they look elsewhere, which I know you’ll agree. “What could’ve been” mentality, I know, I just had to stand on my belief that CeeDee is that dude and has been overlooked since then. To your point, no what ifs, but this is the mentality a lot of us have, and that’s why we look to you to the logical approach when we need to be out our feels.
Yo the Cowboys are SO SOOO DUMB...The prices for these guys ONLY skyrockets...They SHOULD HAVE EAGERLY paid Lamb LAST off season knowing he got an upgrade at OC and had a guy that could give him some relief and was poised to out up those MONSTER numbers....His Daks and Parsons eventual contracts are gonna be MASSIVE but they could have saved SO SSOOO MUCH MONEY if they got ahead of these things and quit being lazy procrastinators

Games were over. The 4th Qs are irrelevant to individual contact discussions. They aren’t going to hedge the deals based on that
CeeDee had 4 different QBs his rookie season and still had 935 yards plus the time Dak missed in 2022 plays a factor in those stats
The point is Jefferson was asked to do WAY more than CeeDee when he came into the NFL..... remember Amari Cooper was our #1 when CeeDee came into the league.....now I do believe that CeeDee is going to have a better CAREER than Justin Jefferson......just up to this point JF is on top
Eyyyyyo! I think a lot of people are forgetting that Jetta was the #1, while CeeDee did not become the #1 WR until Amari left, so if we factor that in, CeeDee would be lightyears ahead of Jetta. CeeDee SHOULD be paid more.
Plus, the best ability is availability, Jettas is now considered injury prone.

Well you're missing something CD wasn't the number 1 the whole time also shared the ball alot more than Justin Jefferson
When doing The Ceedee comparison from last year an overall production yardage produced I think you forgot to factor in Ceedee sitting when Dak did those seven quarters. I think he would have had more yards andTD's maybe even have broken 2,000 yards had They both stayed in those games.

So now that there has been recent signings at all of the big 3 positions the floors have been set. CD could have been signed for $20 last year, but it will be 30+, D4K will be 50+ Micah will be close to CD. Probably cost the Jones' $30Ms/yr not extending D4K and CD last year. Micah cannbe put off a year but does seem he wants to be paid now. BabyNutz has set himself up to be exposed as a football moonlighter bc he and Jerry can no longer step away for eeeks and months at a time and not proactively wirk this roster. We still got big 3 to do. Next year will be Osa, Chauncey, Izzy who we have no clue on as of now, Thomas who we have no clue, Slam, JT, Kendricks in 1 year JLew on 1 year, and we still have a fry cook writing our contracts and wonder why we cant figure how to erite deals that allow us to stack talent like other teams. If BabyNutz has learned from his mistakes he's not showing it. Signing big 3 is not enough at this point. This roster has not been worked since 2021 and thats BS!

Bruh Dak not getting his new deal this year. I'd be blown away if he did. I genuinely think Jerry wants to see him lead the team to NFC Champs or better before he pays up. Dak has been top 3-5 in NFL when healthy last 3 years. But the issue is he's not winning big games in playoffs.
