【Dual Catchmon】 trouble shooting : unconnection , incorrect pin / passkey, reset dual catchmon

- Trouble shooting : most reason as following :
- didn't turn on the bluetooth
- didn't turn off "do not disturb"
- issue of Game APP V157 itself
- Dual Cacthmon already connected with other phone before and you didn't unpair it before you connect to new phone.
5:14 Solution : (reset dual catchmon)
1. try to clear the bluetooth setting in you phone (forget this device)
2. if the issue still there, try this SOP
- clear the blutetooth setting in your phone
- clear the bluetooth setting in your game
- clear the bluetooth setting in Dual Catchmon (press to blue light, then the button for 3 secs
- to connect Dual Catchmon with your game again.

Thank you. Holding onto the blue button till it started blinking blue and yellow did the trick for me. Did that on both sides of the dual catchmon and I am happy now. Everything got weird after the most recent Android update. Thanks, again

Ty so much, every tip was perfect and helped with the pin problem on a new phone. Device needs to reset by tapping once to blue, then hold for 3 seconds to clear it. Then you can open the game and tap to blue and connect in the settings menu in game. Worked perfectly, ty so much

I still have Problems
I have both the original dual catchmon as well as the new 2022 duomon. I’ve never had a connection issue until both disconnected yesterday for an unknown reason. I’ve gone through all these steps at least 3 times, and it still refuses to pair. Any ideas are appreciated. ???
I'm having this exact same issue. I also have the new 2022 model and have had it for a week now. Working perfectly fine until yesterday. Maybe there was some kind of update and now it's notworking? I'm not sure but it's not connecting no matter how many times I remove my phone from the Duomon, and restart.
I'm in same situation, none of these tips are working. going to contact niantic

Thank you -- I was the having the incorrect pin issue. I failed to read all of the booklet, so my fault. Charging up my old phone now, so I can disconnect it.

Hello! Please check your phone settings and confirm if Pokemon Go has Bluetooth permissions enabled. If the Bluetooth permission for the app is not enabled, the app will not have the right to search for nearby Bluetooth devices.
If you have paired the button (Pokemon Go Plus) with your phone's Bluetooth list before, be sure to clear the record there. The correct way to connect is in the game. Connecting from the Bluetooth list will cause errors.

@@danielnelson2725 apparently Niantic has turned off bluetooth for the time being due to the glitch. I wish they had made this more publicly known.
@@theZEEZ you're telling me. Spent hours last night firstly researching solutions like this video then dozens of times resetting and disconnecting Bluetooth. And then somehow managed to disconnect watch and it wouldn't reconnect, 1st world problems but really put me in bad mood. Just because of freaking Zorua!
I just spent two hours trying to troubleshoot. Is it confirmed that Niantic turned off Bluetooth for the autocatchers? The Duomon2 is still showing up in game and it's being recognized by the game; however, it won't connect.
