What people don’t realize is the past several years guys have come from the Dallas-Fort Worth area to link, but they were winners first. Jordan wash won a state championship jakobe Walter lost in the state championship game, and Tre Johnson and Jalen Shelly both won a state championship before arriving
man love this channel be posting all the good basketball games and make documentaries to and just form the first 30 mins i can tell this gonna be a high quality rob Dillingham type documentary keep up the good work maybe one day you'll record me play
“Hands off your knees” 3:30 hasn’t the there’s no air down there theory been disproven that’s actually surprising coming from an Academy that has the best of the best trainers
It’s because the action of having ur hands on your knees is a tell tale sign that your tired and wouldn’t want your opponent to know that so it’s a habit he trying to break when it’s told to players
I know this is an old comment, but you're totally right. Our bodies know best. Tripod positioning allows more air into the lungs than the classic "hands behind your head". This is such a pet peeve of mine when coaching. I understand not wanting the other team to see you're fatigued, but for the sake of practice and conditioning, it's the best way to catch your breath.
