Robotic Bag Palletizing

Rice bag Palletizing - This Bag palletizing line is built to handle 13 bags per minute. The rice bags are fed from 2 lines and can run a combination of 25 and 40 kg bags.
On the infeed side, the system consists of infeed buffer conveyors, a metal detector, an online checkweigher, a dual bag rejection conveyor, a square roller type bag flattener and pick point conveyors.
One the pallet handling side, a pallet dispenser and a set of conveyors feed the empty pallets to the palletizing stations. The fiiled pallets are transferred to a stretch wrapper using turntable conveyors.
An ABB IRB 660 robot handles the bags and palletizes to two palletizing stations.
Safety of the cell is taken care using muting light curtains.
This system is suitable for rice bag palletizing, flour bag palletizing, animal feed bag palletizing, plastic pellet bag palletizing, cement bag palletizing, gypsum bag palletizing, calcium carbonate bag palletizing and any other type of bags that need to be palletized and stretch wrapped
