    The disappointment I felt when the Christmas tree brownie box did not further the "Santa eats an oatmeal creme pie" storyline was immense, but this is an entertaining video nonetheless 😅 I may have to try this dip myself! Thanks for being you, Mary 😊

    A trick I've learned when I can't find chocolate Cool Whip is add a box of chocolate instant pudding to regular Cool Whip. Mix it really well so it won't be gritty.
    Love this recipe! I need to try the chocolate version. We're chocoholics at our house.

    Living in Norway and love your channel ❤️
    We don't have little Debbie, but ginger bread houses. Some places they have competitions on it, and making a ginger bread houses from scratch is a nuisance. Some make copies of their own house or the city Hall etc. It's getting so much that some are really good and detailed. Not eatable after a month tho 🤪 Its allowed to use anything edible on the ginger bread houses.
    I'm glad my kids are adults now, but I still make ginger bread houses 😂
    I'm still surprised you can't buy pure cream and whip it yourself, it might be less expensive? As for now in Norway only pressured canned whipped cream is available, you can mix that with sugar, cocoa and vanilla. Guess it's kind of the same tho, you can get it in buckets.

    • @bethenecampbell6463
      @bethenecampbell6463 2 роки тому

      We have whipping cream that you can whip yourself and add sugar and any other flavoring you like. Cool Whip is its own thing and so ubiquitous in middle & working class households that store brand nondairy whipped topping is "fake Cool Whip." Adding cheap snack cakes to proper whipped cream would be an insult to cows everywhere, but to combine them with Cool Whip oddly elevates both ingredients. Together they create a guilty pleasure. Topped with sprinkles no less! Your gingerbread houses sound fun to make, but maybe a bit intimidating for non engineers. I've seen some really intricate ones and they're fascinating. So much detail. And how do they manage to make it all edible?!
