how do you deal with the nightmare set buff? on the second igniter, cast doomsday without the damage buff

Its a 1 minute burst damage test. I used the doomsday on 2nd igniter with the cd buff from the set to cast 2 doomsday before time runs out.

1300 Spec ? why you have as Igniter Switftness? you lose so much dmg.

need a little bit swift for double doomsday, i dont have lvl8 cd gem for doomsday yet
