Taapsee character is important to SRK character and she doesn't have romantic angle with him! Yes her character might be very pivotal in Dunki but she shudn't compare it with other Hirani classics!
At best she was a plot device and a motivation for the hero in PK. Maybe the most meaningless role that Anushka ever played. Even the curly hair wig was just fantasy fulfillment for Raju Hirani.

The interview sounded more to praise SRK than talk about Taapsee Pannu's character in the movie. He did not have even a single question asking her why she chose the character, how it is different from her other roles. She is such a good actor and so much to find out about her role but more than half of the interview was how SRK treats his female leads.
