  • Students who do nothing in their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd years after spending upto 20-30 lakhs of money, often start asking the following questions as placements approach in their 4th year:
    "Bhaiya, I am in my 4th year. What should I do?"
    "Bhaiya, I am in my 4th year. What should I choose between MERN and Spring Boot?"
    "Bhaiya, what’s a quick way to get a job?"
    "Bhaiya, I want to learn everything in 3 months. How should I do it?"
    "Bhaiya, I want to crack interviews at top product companies. How should I prepare in 4 months?"
    "Asheesh, I have one YOE, I did not do DSA in college time now I am struggling to learn DSA and crack interviews. How should Do it in 2 months ?"
    And so on, looking for shortcuts to get job offers.
    My linkedin DM is flooded with such questions. Sometimes, seeing these questions makes me feel sad.
    I have shared my detailed opinion on "Why you should dedicate your college years to building your career" and how it impacts your life later on.
    Trust me, no other time can be better than college time for you to prepare for interviews, experiment with your ideas, and explore multiple interests.
    This video is totally based on my own unieque 4 years of college life and close to 4 years of corporate life.

      only DSA is not gonna help, learn tech stack too and build some projects. Yes still you are safe but invest more and more time to preparation

      Bro, see aapke question me hi solution and video me bhi solution bataya hai. First thing start as early as possible if still you did not. Then invest more time in short duration keep it simple. So for you solution is allocate more and more time daily to only preparation in this way you will be able to cover it. Hope I answered your query though I have video dedicated for solution too. will be releasing one by one.

    It was brutal asheesh... may demotivate deeply any student who atleast struggling hard to get a job...deep down they also know about their condition bro..but one should always convey some motivation only..

    • @AsheeshTalks
      @AsheeshTalks  Місяць тому

      But, bro, don’t you think that fake motivation doesn’t help in the long run? It’s better to spread awareness and start taking action at the right time. Reward by each action will help keep them going. For people who are struggling to get a job, this video wasn’t for them if you watched it in full.

    My company project is legacy java migration project not having any development activity and very minimal code changes ...not got exposure to work on scale ....how to tackle managerial round when they deep dive in projects

    • @AsheeshTalks
      @AsheeshTalks  Місяць тому

      There are only two ways to handle this:
      1.You could build personal projects.
      2. Be honest about your current work, find out some challenging peace of project to explain and demonstrate a willingness to learn new things in the interview. Let them know that while you may not have had exposure to working at scale, you understand the concepts and know how to scale any system. Convince the manager that you are worthy of the position; I’m sure they will understand, as I’ve seen many examples of similar situations.
