Dearest Yanni this is the song I requested my nephew Kegan to play at my Dearest Darling Audrey sister's Month's Mind Mass yesterday. Our Dearest Darling Mum Celine and Audrey were pianists that's where piano plays big part in my life. Our whole family has been involved in music. The piano has been extremely special since loosing Mum at the age of 7yrs. I do not remember her face. Unfortunately all I remember the day of her funeral in Bombay where I was born. I never thought I would get to tell Yanni EVER...Well Here is my chance Hope you see this , I was on A Cruise to Alaska and we were in the very Beautiful( Glacier Bay) and I had on my Yanni CD of this.! ,Walking around the decks getting exercise Taking it all in as we went along ..It was So awesome …...Every song on that CD fit to what I was seeing,. all of Gods Beauty on display going by , and it was just Breath taking ..I was in Total Awe, with the head phones on listening in stereo..and watching the Glaciers and mountains and whales swim by just off the side of the boat ...I got a tingling feeling and goosebumps as I ( listened). and saw what was right out in front of me doing my laps. I was literally in Heaven ..(.It Don't get any better than this) , It was just magical ..Every time I put this album CD on In the car I think back to this wonderful experience and it just takes me back to the feeling I had then and Now ... Thank you Yanni for your talent and your spirit you have,... and pass on to us who Love you and your Music !..I have seen you in Concert in my town at least 8 or 9 times and cant wait until you come back Again I hope ….…. Many, many years ago, I had listened to a favorite Yanni CD in my car. Over the years, life happened, busy raising my children, and now that I am elderly, I happen to come across his many videos listed on UA-cam. Now, I am the proud owner of several CD's., all his concerts on DVD which are available. My regret, also, is that I have re-discovered his incredible talent and music, once again,so late in my life. But, I will take his music with me, now, every blessed day I am given.
