Please dont do xanax...As a long time Church listener Joey's xanax use seems to have ramped up lately. He's even slurred and had issues with live podcasts. If weed give you anxiety dont do it, or use waaay less. Xanax is horrible, the withdrawal can be deadly and if you have issues with alcohol, you'll certainly have problems with xanax. Dont do it!
TK I had 4 seizures over a two year period, every time I went cold turkey (took about 10-25 mg of alprazolam/diazepam/6-8 mg’s of flunitrazepam, yadayada) breaking all the vertebrae’s in my lower back, and two in my neck, TWO TIMES (didn’t quite heal up before I had yet another bad seizure ) during my 5th and last seizure, I fell into a table (I’ve been told), cracking my scull open leaving me with two bleedings in my brain. A miracle I didn’t end up with permanent brain damage (all through, my memory is still fucked). If I hadn’t been sedated in the ICU for a month, I wouldn’t have been able to kick the habit. Tried 10-20 times over the course of 5 years. Took me 6 months to wean myself off that shit after I got home from the hospital. My doctor told me, “I’m ashamed as a physician that we prescribe bensos like this. Getting off heroin is nothing in comparison.” So yeah. Benzodiazepines are the fucking devil.

To my surprise the young couple who was behind me in line paid the balance for me. I will probably never see them again but would like to think them for the kindness.

I’m 25 and way over weight at risk of high blood pressure at 25.(I’ve treated my body like ass since I was around 10). When I was in grade 11 I broke up with one of the best gfs I’ve ever had, I was working at subway for 2 years at the time and I confided in eating to cope with this loss. My mom even warned me I would become unhealthy like this, it’s been 8 years and I haven’t lost this breakup weight since and I am done with it! Any diet/workout help is much appreciated!!
