Oakley prism lenses are severely underrated shades. For the uninitiated, they don’t just darken everything like normal shades, they enhance colors as well. I have switched all my sunglasses to these.
Legit my favorite lenses I’ve worn the same pair on the channel for like 3+ years at this point
PriZm. Oakley was doing this for a very long time before they released the priZm line. It's just most people buy based on the outward color of the lens and don't understand they not only vary in light transmission, but enhancement via the base lens they use before the iridium coating (if any) is applied.

Well done! The wml has always been the tipping point for me; I just couldn't make it work. Once I stopped obsessing about it, candelas, & finding left handed holsters for one, I found my peace.
Fellow lefty here.....I haven't had a edc in the last 15 years without a light, and I never had an issue finding a holster for them either.

Advice from a gunsmith who also carries and does all the tactical things - for that g19x cut off the stupid little tab at the bottom of the grip and then you can use regular glock 17 mags 🎉more compatibility is always better than less

I just finished filming my spring get home bag review and update video, Jake one thing you should look into is a way to filter water and get it into the bladder. Lifestraws are alright but you have to be near a water source the whole time. I would look into a mini sawyer, also that rifle is atrocious.. do better 😂 I keep my 11.5 type a contractor in the truck.

In the truck you need a seasonally appropriate change of clothes, boots or walking shoes, and maybe a blanket living in the mountains.
Sometimes you're wearing athletic shoes or sandals and would need to throw on some proper footwear.

Don’t hate on the sig m400. Bought one as my first AR. It’s no longer near its original form any more but the lower is still in use with a triarc 12.5 complete upper. Thing runs great
Question, been thinking about trying out a 1911 in 10mm (have one in .45, 9mm, and .38 super)… other than the rock island I haven’t seen you guys review one. I was looking into the Dan Wesson but there’s not a lot of information one out there. Thoughts on 10mm and Dan Wesson… maybe review one in the future?
I have a WML on my P10C carry. With my holster, with a claw and a bulge, it presses firmly against my stomach and I don't sacrifice any concealment. I also have a pocket light.
Truthfully, I compete with my carry gun, keeping it overall simple, so I just like to carry it the same way I shoot with it. I shoot it weekly and I like the added weight on the front end. Buntly speaking I'm too lazy to take the light on and off. My holster for competition has a light so my appendix holster does too and that's probably the reason why I carry the way I do lol

My fixit stick kit is probably the highest uses per dollar item I have related to shooting., I use those things all the time.

@@aztekpanda6856 Jake and I recently learned IWC is one of the only if not the only company who’s auto winding rotor is bidirectional self winding where other autos are unidirectional. Kinda cool and very beautiful pieces.

I dont wear my Omega and Rolex but they are dressier i do run
seiko Samurai PADI, Citizen ny0040 17le, Hamilton Khaki Auto, Glycine Airman and Combat sub all the time and have never seen an issue. I will run the Victorinox INOX Diver auto and Luminox alot of operational stuff because its gonna get beaten.

Agree with no weapon light. There’s literally no scenario where I’d need one. I live in a city and, if anything, the ambient light is too bright.

Constructive Feedback (from a guy who did years shooting run and gun camera work). Less movement is more. Man, between the focus seeking, rapid zooms and rapid pans the motion sickness was real here... I get everyone loves the shallow focus DLSR game these days but... Handheld start on wide 2S with the intro and then just stick with a MCU or CU for product work. If you need more dynamic feel you're talking 2 cameras or insert shots and some more editing.
Been jonesing for a Hill People chest rig for a while but the damn things are always sold out. I guess for good reason.

99.999999% of the time, you do not need a weapon light, but the same could be said about the CCW itself too. The one time you need it is why you carry it, why wouldn't you just continue your own logic?
We’ve all got our limits. Weapon light just isn’t something I mess with on CCW
Agreed but also with the same logic like you said CCW itself isn’t needed 99.9999% of the time. The level of comfort with a none light bearing holster is worth the trade off IMO

I prefer a weapon light. Not only to have a light (which seeing is pretty important if the off chance happens when you need a light to see) I also like the weight up front. Could be just in my head but I feel like that extra little weight helps with muzzle flip and follow up/double taps.

I would NEVER leave a gun in my vehicle overnight.
Would love to have that kind of a loadout in my truck but it would most likely disappear here in meth head land sooner or later. Do havve tools, med and some survival gear though. Just keep it as down key as possible.

Keeping it in the vehicle means very little. Might as well be on the moon when you need it outside of being in your car.

You carry a gun and a backup magazine but skip on medical. Which is interesting because any realistic self-defense scenario will be reactionary. Meaning something already went south.
