I absolutely LOVE Fran's fabric Flower Power - I made 3 quilts so far and still have more for another quilt! It's not usually my kind of design - but it spoke to me - I think it said BUY Me now and lots of it!

Another exciting book for quilt makers! Your influence in quilt design and construction is opening the craft to many more persons who have limited time and fabric. Quilts made for babies to homebound to charities are easily made! I see more and more Fabric Cafe Three Yard Quilts in various UA-cam channels which showcase the patterns. Recently, I watched the many quilts made for the Alaska Quilt Drive and recognized your patterns as the quilts were shown. Thank you for bringing the practical art of quilting to all of us.

These are amazing what a genius way to quilt sometimes you don’t want 500 little pieces to piece together to have a beautiful quilt ! Some of these patterns hurt my head!
Ordered my book today! I can’t wait to get it and get started on one of the quilts! One thing I love about their books are the fact that any of the quilts can be made into another size. I tend to make mostly Queen quilts so it’s perfect for me.
What a fantastic book! Loved seeing the details and the quilt images with alternate fabrics. I'm partial to blue and yellow, so I love the Jewels pattern in the Summer Breeze kit. I am also blown away by how stunning the Holiday Jewels fabric looks in that pattern! love love love

Funny you said that about your first sofa. In the seventies Ichose a floral blue with yellow flowers as my first color choice.

I think the Memories pattern is really cute. How would you arrange the fabrics if you were to use the "Splash of Colors" Kit? I bought the Splash of Colors Kit to make a king-sized quilt but I can't decide on which pattern :)
I will have to put my fears aside and make myself a lap quilt…..

I would add an extra row of blocks down and across! And if you need more, add a wider border!
