I've been working with PPG's for a year now but didn't realise the inner workings of it. You're such a great help, it doesn't feel right not to reward you in some way. Can you open up a charity fundraiser or something?
Glad you like the content. I really don't need any reward but very kind. You can buy a charity t-shirt if you like where the money goes to Cure Childhood Cancer.
Thanks (again) John !! Trying to think, for a large deployment of multi tier application/s (e.g. frontend, middle-tier & DBs), what would be the best way to have a balance between HA (using Availability sets or zone pinning) and latency (using PPG), or I'll have to pick one (either HA or performance). I guess one option is to have use multiple PPG and use them severally while picking a zone for a VM (e.g VM1-5 in Zone 1 & PPG1, VM 6-10 in Zone 2 & PPG2)... just trying to think out loud.
Well this is uncanny, I was just creating an Azure VM 10 minutes ago and was reading through the lower part of the advanced settings (instead of skipping it as I tend to), and thought I must review what reserved capacity and PPGs are one of these days...

Do you have any mechanism for viewers to submit requests for future topics we would love to see covered?
No, as this is my hobby I pick the things I want to cover based on what I see in the industry etc
