I felt that feeling twice. I don't know your exact situation but if I were to give some advice, continue doing what you like that helps you get it off your mind whether it's taking a walk, driving around, drawing, sculpting, watching videos, watching movies, etc. I know that right now it feels like that you have to lay down, overthink what you could’ve done and should’ve done, and lock yourself away and it’s okay to have those moments; I did the exact same thing. But don’t let it keep you down forever. It may seem hard to move on and continue doing what you usually like doing after losing someone you loved, but just do it. The journey of how you heal and how long it'll take to heal is different for everyone so don’t get perturbed if you see someone move on faster than you. If you feel sad about it, it’s okay, you’re human and have every right to feel that way. Just know that you’re not alone and that there’s plenty of people out there who know exactly how you feel.
