Good job my friend!! That was a lot of work!! I remember using DAZ 3D a long time ago, thanks to this I will give it a shot for my character compositions! Last time I check there was a lot of props that aren't free in the daz comunity or the online shop (or maybe I just didn't learned how to use it properly haha). Keep the good work!!
Marvelous job ! This might be a stretch, but could you do something where there's smoke/ explosion ? Possibly shattered glass in the environment to add to the 3D effect?
What I meant is could you do a scene with smoke or an explosion, Maybe even a Character going through Glass so you can see the shrapnel flaying everywhere. @@ArmouredAvian
You could probably save some time, by just drawing over it in Blender Grease Pencil -- it would save a lot of just trying to "erase" and draw a lot of those details. Alternatively you could probably use a few add-on's that essentially draw the lines for you, so you don't even need to hand clean up the frames. It might be a little work upfront figuring out how to do it properly, but in the end you'll save yourself tons of time, and still get the exact same look.
I've already researched it. If you try to use a grease pencil or any line art add-on on a model with this density of polygons you will lag Blender and cause it to crash. It will take between 2 to 5 minutes for the grease pencil to update if you change the density, smoothness, values. Especially on the hair mesh. So you're much better off using a line art filter on the render in Photoshop.
It's done using the Diffeomorphic Addon. Follow this Tutorial on how to install and export. ua-cam.com/video/SzfknjXwp4c/v-deo.html&ab_channel=Open3DLab
Aren’t there shaders in Blender you could use to create the black and white comic effect directly in Blender? Someone correct please if I’m wrong, but I’m super impressed with your process. I was honestly thinking of trying something like this( but as reference because I can draw) are the assets expensive?
I don't know bro, everyone claims to me there is a magic comic book shader out there which will solve all my problems, but nobody seems to be able to link me to them. Most comic book shaders are materials that need to be applied to the mesh which is time-consuming plus you lose normal map information. Which also why the Grease pencil does not work for me as that just outlines polys, not the textures. The assets are "Genesis 9" from DAZ Studio Store and are very expensive, but if you really need them you can find them on 3rd party websites if you search hard enough.
is this in blender??I am new to this so don't know much. Please can you tell the name of this software.nice work. one more question how did you import all in blender. any links to learn that?

Thank you bro, it's not that much work once you understand the procedure, it all comes naturally.
Stay tuned for more stuff coming up down the road.
Awesome. As always.
My Man!
Another great video!
Thank you Master Force.

Why would there be smoke or an explosion?
Or shattered glass?

I've written everything in the description and you can look up tutorials and how to install the diffeomorphic addon.
