Hey Sergei, all excavators have the same travel pattern, pull travel sticks toward you and the excavator will move in the direction of the sprockets. Push them away from you and it will go the direction of the idlers. Usually the idler side on newer machines has a arrow on the inside of the track frame.
The operator loaded it backwards to help with the weight distribution. On the rear of all tracked excavators you will find the hydraulic drive motors for the tracks - called the final drives. Those are the heavier side of the undercarriage. On the opposite end of the tracks are the idlers - basically big rollers that the track chains ride on. With most heavier machines it is good practice to place the final drives on the back, putting more weight on the trailer and less on the drives. I'm not sure on the regulations where you are, but here we are required to make an X with the chains from one side of the excavator to the opposite side of the trailer. We use heavy shackles in the holes on the frame you pointed to and chained to the opposite side of the trailer. It's been my experience that chaining from the track pads lets the chains come loose.
that's the keen yard I'd drop the trailer and head to the petro with a load that size you ant going to get very far or anywhere decent and that's where your supposed to tie down not the tracks. Hit your brakes hard them tracks are going to snap and you also can put a chain into them pockets on the supports between the tracks
Was the guy in the truck stop trying to get run over, maybe a little hard of hearing. Your office thats what they call working from home. Nice video Sergei, happy trucking.
That movement of your printer is nothing yet :D I was woring on computer aid and i had one faulty printer, whenever i put it on, printer mashed the print headd to side cover of the printer so fast that wwhole printer moved to right on the table.
I'm sure it's been asked before but I'll ask in case it hasn't. Why not use mechanics wire for your flags? Easier than using zip ties and they are re-usable. Love your works/videos!
Only a $500.00 fine Sergei.. How about a $48,000.00 fine for not listening to the escort when he tells the driver he needs 2 escorts and 2 state cops to the ohio line and he gets rid of the front escort and tells police they will escort to ohio!!
What!!! Did you really get a $48,000,00 fine for not listening to escort? That is a lot of money to hand out for not listening and you must have been in Pennsylvania getting that fine. $48,000,00 could feed lots of homeless people or give the wife a brand new Honda Van. Good Luck next time
I81 between i78 and I80 has construction and is down to one lane in each direction in some places. I would assume they do not want oversize loads in those narrow lanes. I see oversize loads in Harrisburg all the time during rush hour on I83. Where is the info on the curfew? On your permit or common knowledge.
When you stopped at the first truck stop I see you hit a button as the person walked across the road, it had a sound of like air brakes. I first thought it was the brakes handle, but you were moving, so I am wondering if you have a switch that lifts the trailer a little to get over little things like speed bumps and such?
it was my jake brake.s i flipped the switch to turn them on, and then released the throttle to activate the loud brakes. i hoped the guy crossing the road in front of me would hear the sound and turn his head ... the plan didn't work ;)
Hi Old Friend, How everything been going with you driving all over the countries of Canada and the USA? I have been offline for a couple months recovery health and hope to be on the road Trucking soon. I had the Computer on UA-cam and fell asleep upon waking heard you talking and good thing because you were sitting on your bed on your Appy Computer and printer printing your Permits, and signing them which reminded me that I am in great need of buying a new Computer and printer for my Truck. I want to know (if) your happy with your Appy Computer and Printer performance? If you are pleased with the both can you please share with me the Appy Computer and Printer Models with the cost from the Appy Store? By the way, how do you keep your Video Recorder working on your head (hat) while driving and walking around? Thank you again and I am happy your still out there driving your Mack Truck teaching people like myself on how to do a good job with heavy hauling. Good night and Happy Heavy Hauling to you. from Kamara the Trucker
Sergei brother how are you? I got 2 questions for you if you don’t mind 1- how many horsepower truck need to move the lowboy 2- and do you still work with Landstar ? If so , can you please post the log board for a lowboy Thanks buddy
1. don't bother with HP. You need torque. Minimum 1860 lb-ft for a 55 ton RGN or lighter; 2050 lb-ft for a 60 ton RGN or heavier 2. i sold my truck and trailer in september '22 and became a freight agent specializing in RGN freight (machinery and equipment). i don't have access to the internal Landstar loadboard. good luck-
Each state has their own rules for oversized loads NC won't let you carry an oversized load after dark. but we've had an oversized load going to Virginia and they said we could only travel at night. so it varies from state to state
Laptops and printers, scanners , man, trucking has came a long way from payphones and sending a fax !! Nice clip !!

Nice load Sergei!! Love those newer E Series Volvo's!! Have a safe trip!!
The weight of that excavator online is probably with a bucket the reason it weighs more.
It’s got to be hard to find parking. I pull a step deck and it’s a pain in the a.. to get parking
Thanks for sharing Sergei, it looks like the loads have really picked up for you!

+Sergei Dratchev (Heavy Haul TV) thanks, don't forget to change out your rear sign for Quebec ;)
Shouldn't take too long in Quebec though. They don't like a lot of letters! "D"--Don't write me a ticket!
@@HHTV60 jajaja, make me laugh, have a safe/great day!!
in mother russia - machine picks you up...
I really like that kind of work and wish I could afford that trailer. Will you take $200 for it?
if you only have $200, heavy haul is not for you. you'd go broke during the first month.
LOL! Maybe I could come up with $400.
sergay, just get a big roll of string for tying the flags and stuff. dont litter zipties.
I enjoy your channel!
I use the same printer. LOL!
👍👍👍👍👍👍💫
Why do you have to wash the machine
