I really miss the single carnival rides like these. So many old school amusement parks in America are being abandoned. I wish someone would open up an ultimate theme park with all carnival rides known to man and rollercoasters.
When I rode one of these at the fair recently, I got hangtime, but with how quickly we were going through the loop, it felt like airtime...or almost as though we were floating. Pretty smooth ride, no gut punches!
I went on that with my friend and our seat belt didn't close so when we stopped at the top upside down we were coming out of our seats and hit our head on the ceilings but it was still fun af
it was winter and the degree was around its 40s it was cold as fuck.eventually my mom had to stay in the van to warm up,and there was barely anybody at the fair due to cold weather.
Its been ages since the last time I've seen the Ring Of Fire .. but this one is different, the last one I seen was completely caged in and it didn't have harnesses or anything but a bar that folds over your legs and a bar at the top of the ceiling part to hold on to 0.0
I love that ride i rode it once at the kitsap county fair last year me and my cousins screamed our heads off!!! but i loved it its a fun ride even though we stayed upside down for like 2min. now that was scary it felt like i was gunna fall off!!! but i knew i wouldn't because their was a huge cushion and a net at the top. ya it was fun im gunna go again this year!!!
When i was little i started to slip out of the waist bar while they stopped it up top. When it came back down i quickly propped myself under the seat if fear that i was going to slip through the bars of the cage and fall to my death. Did like 2 more laps while in that position.
@elementcsm florida never gets to it's negatives...but all i remember it was so cold i was numb, my mom had to stay in the car, so it was just us, and we rode it so much , amazing
When I was 11 or 10 i was in the ring of fire in the fairgrounds fair at WA (that's where I live) it was so cool I was old enough for the adult rides lucky me :) my mom was scared she didn't go on the ride
@briannagurl10888 easy we didnt put the sweeps down lol so it wasnt stable we were just putting it up at our farm so we could see what we were doing and whatnot not to mention so we could visually see what kind of room it took for spotting
I went to atlanta fair. But the ride was closed because we found a sign that reads...we apologize but the ring of fire is temporarily closed.i didn't know what happened to the ride.maybe it broke down or something went wrong... well i have to know what happened

we dont even have a top on our ring of fire. though ones with the top can hurt your neck if your really tall (considering the "falling out" feeling im guessing the ring of fire for you has no top either)
OMG i was on this ride a couple hours ago across from my crush and we were both rlly scared and it was our first time on and we got to the top and my SHIRT FLIES COMPLETELY UP I DEADASS FLASH HIM and it was rlly awkward but he said it was ok, and he’s the best 💓

Actually ring of fire is very dangerous ride. U know why? When ring of fire came to our state, they put TO MANY screws in it. So, it always stuck in UPSIDE DOWN. Hope u all read my comment. Thanx :)
I tricked my sisters into going on this my eldest sister Hinata was yelling "I'm going to die!" she literally lifted out of her seat when we stayed upside down
i went on this with my 3 friends,then i was sleeping on the first part but i woke up to the sounds of my friend infront of me,she was lauhing and the one next to her was laughing because she was laughing and i was laughing at my friend next to me screaming for her mom:)
I went to a fair that was in florida and rode one of these and apparently I was holding on to the wrong thing and my chances of falling out were about a 99% luckily I survived
I went to the fair last night and went on this but at our fair they dont have the ceeling there, your just strapped in. After the ride starded going, we got to the point were it got stuck to the top, then my frikin seat loosens and I almost fell off, and the stupid people didnt do anything about it
yeah right. all the time you have to ride this but you got to leave. I rode it and it was nonthing cuz im used to ride loopty loops. it feel like im falling out and I have to hold the pole tight and still say its nonthing. I have rode a roller coaster that is as high as the edge of the earth falling backwards really fast 6 times in one ride.
@briannagurl10888 LOL The fair is in my town right now and the Ring of Fire. I don't it's all the dangerous since I go on it all the time! The the weird thing is that it's all white! Hopefully I'll put a video up :D
Lucky Lucky! I wish they Never went to the new style Ring of Fire trains with the over-the-shoulder restraints. I feel MUCH safer riding in the original style train, as in the above video. If those restraints failed on the new style train, you'd be a goner! :-O Like i said, i wish that more carnivals still had the old style Ring of Fire with this style coaster train on it. I don't feel very safe on the newer style. Newer isn't always better ya know.
my hands were SOOOO sweaty i ending up letting go all together,since the it has two sets next to each other i could only hold on to the little ring thing infrount of me witch happend to me on the left (im right handed and hella small so im pretty weak) once i let go i held on the the bar thing w pading that was infrount of me and (thats the ONLY thing keeping u "secure" though out the ride.)as soon as i went alest halfway to the top (i was in the veryfrount on the left and my friend was on the right,her glassed keep falling off) by the time we were at a COMPETE stop on the verytop i let go and my head almost hit the bar,cause we r now upside down over 30ft in the air and my friends glasses droped to and she had to ketch them. Before the ride continued. We were both extremely scared,it was a good ride tho if u weigh enough and work out a lot u should be good. I'm an avrage teenage girl and only weighed 108 pounds ,sooooo if u r under that and shorter then 5'3 wish u luck.

Chruch's put up carnivals as fundraisers and they always put this ride but this year they don't have it which sucks because I love this ride

Some times they leave you upside down for like 10 minutes but it's like impossible to die in that ride

@chantalbabe123 there is no seat belts, only the bars which is the roof of the ride that covers the cart.
Me and my cousin ain't never going back on that ride ever again.Both my cousin and I were at the top for a VERY long time(10 seconds)

The seating sucks so thinner people slip out of the seat.

i went on this at the bloomsburg fair in PA and it had no roof!
I am going to the fair tomorow and I am going on this ride it is my favorite and my seat was perfectly fine
