It's not underrated lol this is one of their most popular songs. It charted well more than Shadow and Goodbye Summer. SM just posted it in the year where KPOP stan doesn't know much about them. Shadow is the most known song of them by non fans too so that's why it didn't get recognition because this album was overshadowed by Pink Tape, Red Light and 4 walls also known as Holy Trinity.

lol this is a late reply but “Boogie” is a really old slang term for dancing that was a lot more popular during the 60s/70s. Which is why the lyrics talk about his dancing. The term boogie meaning monster comes from an archaic word “Bogey”which was another word for devil/demon which then became boogie.
