He's good, but just want to note that he knows a lot more than what he teaches, which isn't reflected in the video's either. Probably a lot of things he picked up over the years of practice, and which is important if you're actually making a living off it, and which people who are just looking for their easy fix to some recreative drawing (like myself xD) don't care about yet. So it's not garbage. Just a different audience.

Hello, Mr. Marcel, I’m Samuel, I’m 9 years old and I’m from the Philippines. I have spent many hours looking for a good tutorial about drawing, but when I watched your videos, I thought it was the perfect tutorial, and, it was! And also, you were right about tutorials that need measuring. You even had a little bit of comedy! I have watched many of your videos and I’m ready to watch and learn more from you! Thank You!
Once upon a time there was a Artist who was struggling with perspective they thought they would never understand such skill until...you came out with a video right on time. You sir saved us all: I don't know if that paragraph was good or not but thank you
Not only was this the best video I’ve seen on drawing perspective, but your personality was so engaging, so hilarious I’d probably watch even if I wasn’t interested in drawing. Highly entertaining while being educational, what more could a viewer want? I’m a subscriber now
I stumbled upon his video accidentally awhile back (i wasnt into drawing) but his video definitely changed me and i started drawing like a month now maybe. Your sentence was indeed true that "I'd probably watch even i wasnt interested in drawing". 😂

This was so good to work with, especially with my ADHD. Thank you ever so much for all the hard work. I'm so much more confident with my understanding of perspective.

Hi! A brazilian here! Seus videos são muito bons!! Muito obrigado pelo seu trabalho, ensinando as pessoas de um jeito divertido, e que qualquer pessoa entenda! Muito obrigado mesmo!
I'm drawing along with your tutorial and I'm learning sooo much! I've never knew about vanishing points until today, and it's literally blowing my mind how easy it is! Thank you, Marcel for making these videos! Now, I can really *draw like a sir* !
What a useful video indeed. I was looking for exactly this type of information and I'd watched other clips that just didn't cut it, and now this! You explain it well and it's really important to go back to the beginning and explain everything. The penny dropped when you started using a second piece of paper with the vanishing lines extended, because they're so far away that they're not in the picture. Dingggg... Ding ding ding. Your English is very good, that's useful. I'm grateful for the effort you have made to publish this, vielen herzlichen Dank.
I took EGD and I knew most of this but I found this channel a few days ago and I honestly found this man's vids so entertaining. I'm glad I watched it that pain scene got a chuckle out of me.
I have to say that I found this video very helpful especially as a person who just started drawing again. No complications whatsoever. Appreciate it Marcel sir.
I accidentally drew a template in art class with two perspectives. I nearly cried, but my art teacher explained parts of it for me, and it got simpler. I still needed to make sure I had a total idea for it, so I thank you for this video.
If you're trying to learn to draw as a beginner, these videos are gold. Most art instruction videos won't give you a real understanding of what you are doing. This guy is legit lol
Thanks Marcel, I knew about perspective and how to draw but I've learnt more since sometimes I didn't pay attention in class especially knowing the real meaning of the 3 perspective types.😅💫
So impressed by your videos!! Found you today and am working my way through all of them. Thank you for helping me on my drawing journey!! I’m already way better!!
Your video makes me very happy. At first I didn't know what hand drawing was and then I was surfing UA-cam when I saw your video. It took me less than 10 minutes to hand-draw through your video. Thanks for making videos like this. Hope your UA-cam channel will grow even more.
You already had me giggling at the beginning. I’m an art graduate, but was not taught how to draw/color/paint completely. Worst of all, I have dyscalculia, which makes it difficult for me to draw perspective. Thank you for sharing this. I will keep watching and hope to improve ✌️
