As a kid, we used to own a beach house in Matabungkay just north of Calatagan. I haven't been back there in over 4 decades. It's cool to see Overlanding is finally getting big in the Phils. Definitely beautiful beaches to camp out than SoCal. Thanks for sharing your cool video and good luck with your rooftop tent shopping.

There is also an island hopping tour where you can go to StarFish island and little boracay

We were in the Philippines 3 years ago, best camping experience was in Kalangaman Island, Philippines. Beautiful Island with clear water, beach Bar, and amazing stars at night.
I miss living in the Philippines. Thanks for sharing this video. Batangas was where I spent most of my childhood.

Love camping near the beach in the Philippines. That ocean breeze makes me sleepy and taking long naps are the best relaxing activity I can think of. And don’t forget the food Filipinos bring to their camp. Then party all night around the fire pit with friends. I am so jealous guys!
