It was so funny to see Taesan barely moving during TWS. I think it was all because of a joke someone made online. Someone said once that Taesan was wasting his potential in Boynextdoor and should be in TWS but Taesan's vibe is completely opposite to TWS's vibe so it's funny. Or Jaehyn. I'm pretty sure 19.99 is supposed to be mean "right before you turn 20" like "before 20 you're still a kid that is unruly and gets to enjoy their youth". Of course this is only what I've heard. Bonedo always explains their titles and albums the best so I recommend you just do a quick google search, I'm sure they've mentioned it
