Use ur midfielders to defend and stop taking ur defenders out of position also don’t rush forward to get the ball using pressure u can easily get dribbled, instead try cutting the passing leans and hold back using match up and wait for him to attack u
Ur defenders should be the last option means u gotta be controlling ur (dmf/cmf) to defend in 80% of the time and let the game control ur CB using this will elevate ur defending
