I love it honestly but as someone who is in the beginning of the game i dont have the coin the home so it may be a mid or late game addition i use. Just wanna say though i love your videos and i think i have watched almost every one of your home show cases in the past couple of weeks. I found your videos when I was helping my boyfriend find a collectors home (he settled on castle Sjel Blad). Watching your vids made me finally try skyrim. I'm still on the hunt for a player home but i guess that just an exuse to watch the rest of your player home show cases. Im kinda addicted to them 😂
You can also "seed" the hatchery with fish and then you can start catching them right away (did it on the last house you showcased). 😁 Hope that helps! (Big help in alchemy).
I want to like it,but it felt too cold inside for me. The sconces didn't give off a warm and cozy feeling for me. But the design is so beautiful and great location for it! What a view!
How i imagine this house working in my playtrough when looking at it from outside it looks like a outpost i would use last weeks house for my self and my family but this house? This house would be used for my companions those willing where they can guard my family while im on my travel they can live here and provide sancuary for my family in case of a stormcloake raid
The fish spot .. That structure with grill .. You place fish in ... Like hiscarp .. Or slaughterfish eggs .. And eventually the fish spot spawns said fish .. Then you "fish" as normal .. Go on in the water and click the fish
This is EASILY my favorite home I have seen so far. My favorite thing about it is that it's not free. I don't think something this awesome should be free to acquire, in fact I think it should be far more dear. It's situated in my favorite part of the map near Riverwood, has an incredible degree of utility, etc. and just simply looks beautiful. It has a lot of cluttered areas, but that fits in really well with the exterior appearance of the home, and it does have some areas inside the home that really open up, like the firepit / living area. If it clashes with other mods, I might just run this one and otherwise have a fairly base game playthrough. Thank you for covering this beautiful home!
Hey awesome video I am glad you like it here are some more mods you might like The Tale Of Tsatampra Xiros, Adal's Grymarth's Woe, Blackreach Epic Mushroom Home, Folkvangr Estate, Dragon Priest Sanctuary, Falcon Fall Keep, Krovaxis | Player Vampire Lair And Temple Of Molag Bal, Cinder Hearth Hall, Aspen Manor, The Elk Lodge, Whiterun Estate, Darkstone Manor and The Clan Of Hidden Valley I really hope you enjoy these.
I love this and all Jk's mods, especially the ones that change towns and how they look and flow. Bit steep for an early home, which is how I think you would use it. More befitting the dragon born, than the starter home in whiterun, even though I do enjoy the house. But yea maybe a quest to win the home would be better, I find them more fitting with the lore and tone of the game. But having said that, there is console commands if your short of gold. It's a single player game so does not really matter, just don't cheat in multiplayer games and your golden.
So good! I wish it had four beds though. My heart can’t take not adopting all four kids right away 😖 I’ve ignored game play and gone straight to windhelm before because sofie is sleeping in the snow 😭
Wait which four kids do you adopt? I adopt Sofie and Lucia, then I have the adopt Aventus Aretino mod because they’re homeless. Is there another kid I’m missing? (I don’t count the ones in the orphanage because they technically have a roof over their head.)
Heather Holladay the two boys that are vanilla adoption there is one in solitude at the stables and another in one of the small cities can’t remember the name. But you can look him up he goes to the mines & does errands for the towns people
This house looks unbelievable, but after trying so many different player homes and having horrible crashes with most of them (Tel Jerdein has been exceptional in that regard), I'm hesitant to try this one-and that makes me sad, because it looks awesome.
@@RYANT1UM I think a lot has to do with the Xbox One X's technical limitations, and a lot of player home mods being PC ports, and not necessarily optimized for consoles. Vandfald Cottage broke my heart, man. Ran great at first, no issues whatsoever-until I started storing things there. It didn't take long for the crashes to get ridiculous. I don't have a full LO (I'm sitting at 3 GB of mods), I use Tarshana's logical load order and I've got an extremely stable LO-until I add a player home. Tel Jerdein (which I never would have known about except for your channel!) has been fantastic in this regard. I've got a Telvanni mage playthrough with tens of hours of play, Tel Jerdein is decked out, bookshelves are all full, planters used-not one crash. Not even a stutter. I hope the mod author sees this because I really appreciate their work.
Love this but sooo wish the items on display were not static and you can pick then up or remove them. I like the idea of being able to place your own things on the table or cabinets like in fallout 3 or vanilla skyrim. Small price to pay for everything else ig but huge pet peeve:/ most nice houses have static decorations.
I'd buy it for 15.000 Crowns...my Geralt has enuff of them, but he has Corvo Bianco already so no need. thx anyways. ;) I like that home, had it installed on PC, but decided to replace it with Peregrine Highwatch and move my 6Kids there aswell as a ton of Followers, which RC simply cant accomodate. Still a very nice mod, especially as its JK's first full Homemod made by himself ever.
I would of used this mod if only it had a decent display room. It’s such a shame how in the vanilla game all these cool unique items just get thrown in a random chest. I can definitely appreciate a cool uniquely designed display room.
I think it's a really nice house. It's not too big or small and the decorations are amazing, however, I'm turned away by the price of 15,000. Personally, I'm not a big fan of house mods where you need to pay for the houses, I probably wouldn't mind as much if it was smaller numbers but anytime I come across mods where you have to pay for the house it's always bigger numbers and that just puts me off.
Mr. R, I’ve been watching your videos for awhile now. Awesome as always. But my question to you. When making these videos. “What makes the cut?” What do a home must have? Also things won’t. Your dislikes. This home the outside very nice. Bar & storage 👍. Weapon racks Nice 👍.The layout interesting quite impressive and useful.
Haha what makes the cut? Honestly, it just depends on location, views, amenities in the actual house (storage, mannequins, etc.), but I also like to look and showcase everything else I see as even if it doesn’t work for me, it might for someone else! 💚💚
Real question: I have this house, I love it, but I can’t find the multiple adoptions mod on XBOX one so I can’t move my family into it. I know it’s hard to find them sometimes, but could anyone try and help me with this? Kinda sucks just being in the house by myself
Might just be I'm on PS4, but any time I try to decorate with weapon racks my save can't handle it or it dissapears. Especially in mod homes. Hopefully the jump to Xone will fix it. Sony versions always seem to SUCK.

I think I watched all 240 there was a few years ago.. I now need to catch up for the last year or two 🤘🏻
You should try wind path! It’s a pretty nice player home. Good for beginners
If you want a place to hang your armor that gives you plenty to do - then get The Scarlet mod.. 😉
😆
The fish hatchery works the same as a beehive it generates supplies over time it was added to the hearthfire DLC in the morthal house
Mhm! 💚
You can also "seed" the hatchery with fish and then you can start catching them right away (did it on the last house you showcased). 😁
Hope that helps! (Big help in alchemy).
I swear I don't know how many more home mods my game can take 😂 this is just amazing!
I like this home a lot, I’ve kinda reach the point in my play through where price make almost no difference, I give an 8/10.
Haha that’s fair!
same here.
Yeah, me too
*teleports to Cheat Room*
Downloaded this mod. Had a tree mod that adds trees. Hid my house. Looks like a hidden little tree house. Love it.
I’m nerding out right now!!!! Player homes are my most favorite mods!!
This is actually pretty nice! The children’s room is great. Very nice mod.
Thank you for being so excited about this it can be heard in your amazingly happy voice which makes the video a lot better.
I want to like it,but it felt too cold inside for me. The sconces didn't give off a warm and cozy feeling for me. But the design is so beautiful and great location for it! What a view!
I get ya on that. 💚
Thanks for slowing down while going through the home. This is the first video of yours that I was able to watch without getting motion sickness.
A bit of an overreaction on your part, but I’m glad it didn’t make you sick.

Finally found a house that fits my bounty hunter
So happy to hear that!
the examples for the outhouse was classic man lol
😂😂🙏🏻🙏🏻Haha thank you. Gotta love those shitters!
Lol

@@RYANT1UM You are welcome!
You're spot on about the outhouse.
Plain paper is not particularly pleasant.
Don't ask...
Legend has it "He" is still in the roost trying to lay eggs to this day.
This going to be used for my next role play walkthrough so keep up the good work
So happy to hear that!
Thank you for showing me where it is!
This guy is the perfect Skyrim real estate agent. XD
the skyrim realtor
Absolutely! 💚💚
vandfald is waterfall on danish
Good to know! 💚

daisy meadow Ohhh. I didn’t know about those two. Looks like I need a house with 5-6 beds. 😂
Heather Holladay the breeze home mod has 6 beds! It’s really beautiful too
This house looks unbelievable, but after trying so many different player homes and having horrible crashes with most of them (Tel Jerdein has been exceptional in that regard), I'm hesitant to try this one-and that makes me sad, because it looks awesome.
It stayed relatively stable once I was in game for a bit, but it may just be my load order. It’s worth a shot!
@@RYANT1UM I think a lot has to do with the Xbox One X's technical limitations, and a lot of player home mods being PC ports, and not necessarily optimized for consoles. I like the layout but the tone just won't work for me. It looks too cold and dark. I like more warm and bright homes
I agree! There was some warmth in there, but the wood and stone can give off those cold vibes
You missed a room that was on the left of the front door
Keep the content coming 🎬
JK is just a Good Modder, no doubt!!!!
Absolutely!
This is pretty much perfect!
Oeee lets hope is as good as the last!
I hope so too!
It crashed as soon as I walked in! I guess time to figure out my mod order.
Did you ever figure out the problem, because I am having the same problem :/
I’m having the same problem.

Peregrine is a great home! 💚
I’m really amazed at any of JK’s mods because they use only vanilla assets only!
very beautiful, very well done, maybe it lacks a couple more mannequins
You can never have enough? 💚
@@RYANT1UM one for every single armor in the game, unique and not, is the perfect number for me 😂😂

I'm moving in
Nice mod, not for me but someone else I recommended it to is going to get it.
Awesome💚

I agree. The 15k is a little steep, especially if you’re trying to use it as a beginners home.
I'm on the Xbox one and I've downloaded this. But all i can do is pay for it. Whenever I try to go in, my game shuts down
Where do I get the key for it?

Happy spending!
I just download the mod is good
Love thos mod use all thetime
Oh... Btw... I think u missed a room on the main floor... Next to the door u entered in... Might be wrong but... Just thought id mention
Is it for Ps4 too?
Nothing worse than having to shit your brains out while you're tempering armor; good that there's an outhouse.
Might just be I'm on PS4, but any time I try to decorate with weapon racks my save can't handle it or it dissapears. Especially in mod homes.
Hopefully the jump to Xone will fix it. Sony versions always seem to SUCK.
I thought you meant real money
Hi
I dont really get why you charge 15 k for a mod just make it for free
