I tried this recipe and used a mixer but the dough was so wet i add about 1 cup and 1/2 and the dough was still sticky and looks nothing like her when she takes out her dough to put in the oiled bowl. 🙃

Thanks for sharing your recipe but it didn't work out, I did it two times, it was very sticky and I added more flour like you told the other person to do so, and it was still very sticky. Turned out like sugar cookies instead of bread.
Because everyone's environment is different, your recipe may just need to require less liquids or even more flour. In the summer, I find that my home is more humid which means that there is more moisture, therefore I have to use more flour. In the winter where it is more dry, I have to use less liquids or less flour.
