Amazing to see house construction in your own city! Been following your progression over the months. Question: What would you say the rough $ per sqft is to build/construct (from start to finish) a home?
Thank you so much for following along. We are glad you enjoy our content. Honestly that question has such a large range depending on so many factors. If it is something like what we built with our square footage I would give a range betwee 250-350 But again a range can become much wider depending on decisions made throughout the project. You can prob build as low as 200 and as high as 500-1000 the sky is really the limit. I know that isn't precise, but its hard to be accurate on a question like this. I hope that helps

Hi, the width is approx 17 feet and the floor is called naked ivory we bought it at efloor - its width is 7 and a quarter

Yes it is a porcelain slab. It was from Quartex surfaces and it is the Romano Slab
