Couldn't help but notice the Tim Hortans cups in the back, best coffee money can buy lol. Been following all your videos on this mod sled. Starting to really make me want to build one too.
Sweet! Wish I could ride with you guys in Ottawa! You should make a video on essential tools to have when riding for any quick repairs that can be made out in the snow or when your machine gets REALLY stuck! :) Keep the vids coming
I really wish I didn't buy a new sled because mine was a 121" and I wanted to convert it to 144 or 136 and do the seat, handlebar riser, clutching and minor engine work but I got a good deal on a newer 4 stroke sled with a 144" track.
yup no problem. And also you probably won't need the extensions, and teh 2 or 3" would cost quite a bit less. And yes, now we do need to wait for the snow :)
Hello Louis.... I got a 97 Zrt 600 and I wanna put some raisers on it. Aleast a 2" or. 3" but would I need to get cable extentions. And how much will this cost?
where did you get that throttle and brake? I've been trying to find one since my stock ones have all the lights and hand warmer buttons, and haven't stumbled across one yet.
I am thinking about getting a riser kit on my '99 mxx 600 but would i not be able to have grip and throttle heaters anymore? They don't seem to want to have any slack to be able to make it work so I'm pretty sure i couldn't hook em up without extending them. Do you know how?
Hey man. I love your videos. I crashed my sled this week and Nothing broke but my throttle lever on the handle bar. could you do a video on how to replace it? It looks kind of tricky...
i just installed the powermadd throttle cable, on my 06 renegade 600sdi it is now idling at 3k rpm instead of its not 2.3k. Is this normal or is something wrong?
Looking to buy a powermadd riser, will it work on my stock 06 or will I need any bar clamps? Just curious so I don't have to bike a long ways to the storage place!
i got risers for my 99 xc 500, but my hand/thumbwarmers, kill switch and high/low beam, wiring needs to be extended. any idea how? and where to get them?

I'm from Maine and relate to lots of your videos. Look forward to more. Great job!
Agreed.
tip use mig welder to cut the cable it welds end of the cable so it wont get stuck. cool build btw!
thank you. i just bought a sled for the first time... this video was so much help...
Thanks for all your valuable information Louie ! The tips on letting the air out of the brake line def helped me out huge ! Happy New year :)
ya just adjust the cable length - turn the little set nut.
Good idea i will!
Thanks!

Yes only for hydraulic.
This so awesome. If I could afford it, I would do this
Amazing project louis !
Should have thrown a cover down on the seat before you started messing with the grease. Looks like you have a couple of spots on it now.

I got an 8" pivoting riser for my 99 Zl 600 and that was about $55. Then my brake line extension costed $50 and throttle extension was $30
