In terms of performance, both options are equivalent. However, from a pricing perspective, Lenovo is the more cost-effective choice. If I were to purchase an HP laptop, I would opt for the black version as I have a preference for darker colors in HP and wish to avoid the association i have with the white MacBook.

Regrettably, the height cannot be adjusted despite my search; the only movement available is side-to-side

You might want to purchase additional mount related accessories as the company only gives you mounting stand.

It should work automatically, check your AIO model number once and see if it has touch.
Can you play the sims on this?
I haven't personally played the game, but based on the configuration requirements of SIMS, I believe it should work fine for the most part.
This is really very surprising, because according to the HP website, this PC does not have a touchscreen 🤔
