    250 grams vermicelli noodles
    400-500 grams chicken
    300-400 grams cabbage
    1 large carrot
    50-100 grams sitsaro (snow pea)
    8 cloves garlic
    1 large red onion
    5-6 pieces shrimps
    4-5 pieces taingang daga (dried black fungus)
    2- 2 1/2 fish sauce
    1 piece chicken cube
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    1/2-1 tsp salt
    1/2-1 tbsp annattto water
    5-5 1/2 chicken broth
    8 tbsp cooking oil
    ANNATTO WATER: 1/2 tbsp annatto seeds dissolved in 3 tbsp warm water
    CHICKEN BROTH: chicken boiled in 2 liters water
