    Chicken eggs and meat
    Like my daughter is 21 years old she is on strict dieting
    She only eats moongdal cheela yellow one in breakfast
    Then she drinks
    Tea with high caffine half teaspoon milk tea powder is more concation is more and
    She does not add any type sugar or jaggery she without
    Only dark concation with one teaspoon of vegan milk coconut
    That is all
    Dark means dark and taste like karela
    She drinks in soup bowl more caffeine more decotation
    And 1 teaspoon coconut milk
    And
    She drinks un soup bowl
    And 2nd cup in soup bowl sqme tea
    She does not even add any suagr jaggedy or any other sweet alternatives without conpletely no no for her
    She only drinks decotion with one teaspoon coconut milk
    And
    In soup bowl
    2 nd cup in soup bowl
    And she is like not having lunch also
    Instead drink these tea again soup bowl
    8 cups soup bowl cup until evening
    Her doctold her that because these so much tea
    She is suffering from weakness dizziness low sodium level low iron low very low
    And she completely stopped eating protien cut off from her diet
    Even doctor said to eat but she is not listening to me
    In evening when say beta have moong dal cheela atleast now she says no mama i want
    Sugar free gold which lots of aspartame aspartame in it
    Moongdal burfi yellow
    Which is made my cook cook
    My cok makes moongdal burfi Binding with water bhunai with water only Binding with water bhunai with water water only
    In non stick dish for 45 minutes Binding but just using water
    And adds sugar free gold
    That is also my daughter tells cook to make it
    But just exactly only by adding water water only
    And sugar free gold
    When i asked her doctor is sugar free gold save
    Her doctor told no
    Sugar free gold Artificial sweetner has lots lots of aspartame aspartame In it which gives more weakness dizziness
    Low sodium level in her report
    In her blood test report very very low iron make very low iron came in results
    In night again she like i dont want eat i being mother scold her
    But she dont listen
    So what i am doing scolding and atleast giving her coconut water
    And that her dinner and
    She dont understand
    That how much importance nutrition

    I tell beta have lunch but she does not
    So i sm gkving her coconut water around 2 clock
    But until evening she does not have anything 7 eveing
    And after she like i will moongdal burfi which has lot od aspartame
    And also she puts condition on cook
    That makes it should be made with only water binding with only water and sugar free gold
    Without ghee without milk without she completely say no no
    She puts condition for cook tayt makes strictly Binding with water bhunai with water water only and coom 50 minutes
    And lots of sugar free gold Aspartame aspartame
    Artificial sweetner so much
    At night only agian coconut water as dinner one coconut water
    I dont know i am very much worried please doctor help me
