The estate also includes extensive outdoor spaces with terraces overlooking manicured gardens with rose gardens, citrus orchards, statues, fountains, koi ponds, a swimming pool, spa, and tennis court.
The Manor’s history dates back to the original home owned by Bing Crosby before being replaced by the current W-shaped mega-mansion in 1991. Over the years, it has been known for its extravagant features such as multiple gift-wrapping rooms and a French-inspired wine and cheese room designed by Candy Spelling during her ownership. The property requires a large staff of up to 50 people to maintain its pristine condition.
Despite its impressive size and opulent amenities, the Manor is not the most expensive property on the market in L.A. County. I know Tori Spellings said they only really used like 4 rooms in the house.
I guess you kind of have to have a family like brady bunch or a family where grandparents and kids all live in the house to truly enjoy it.
