Thanks a zillion dear Jay for I have cleared my OET exam with the help of your wonderful tutorials..and I'm so glad that people like you take alot of effort and time out your other commitments.Really appreciate that!God bless you!
Don't know whether you reach this comment.. Thank you Jay. Your study methods and strategies for English language testing exams are excellent.I have noted that you have analysed the stuff very well before you come up with the methods. I did IELTS and was unsuccessful and did OET on first go. Thank you
Hi Jay, I love all of your contents..thank you for sharing useful and great ideas not only in OET but also in our actual work as medical practitioner..may Almighty God bless you always..
Hello! I just want to say thank you to Jay for helping me pass my OET speaking. The tips you've mentioned here in this particular video were very helpful during my exam even if I did stutter and had dead air. More power to u Jay!
I’m studying for my OTT and your videos have been great I have a suggestion for this the part where you serve wanna ask the patient to repeat what you have said first and in case of dosing of medication so my suggestion is I’ll ask the patient how they would incorporate their new prescribed medications to their daily lives so in my medical practice I usually tell my patients to take their drops three times a day and I usually tell them to do it breakfast lunch and dinner
I passed my OET test today. Overall, I am happy with my results as I only studied for nearly 2 months intensively. Thank you so much to Mr Jay, Ms Judy and other teachers who are very passionate in teaching and very good at explaining questions and answers. I am so glad that I passed only with 1 try . I wouldn’t pass if E2 didn’t exist. E2 helped a lot in my OET exam journey and made me happy right now ^^
This a very helpful resource, Jay! Thank you so much. My OET is due, but this particular video has been very enlightening to me for the speaking sub-test. Thanks again.
Hello Jay.. I was wondering if you can provide me with a link with OET material to download them, so i can work with it offline while i'm doing my duty in free time, because i'm working in an area that has got internet issues and cann't get axis to internet all the time
A nice way to ask the patient if they understood what you have told them is by saying: " Can you repeat to me what you understood from what I said? just to make sure there's no misunderstanding .."
I am just so overwhelmed I passed my OET exam with grade A and B after failing 2 times but thanks to my friends who recommended me to Dr Henderson who provided me with audios and answers papers. I thought this wasn't real not until I approach the exams. Today I'm so proud so if you are struggling to clear your OET also or you didn't have your required scores contact him for scores upgrade, never give up seeing in yourself and give a try to any opportunity you got.i will recommend anyone who needs same help to clear his /her exam. wish you all the best 🙏 Dr. Henderson's number :+447440185205

Non-judgmental means not criticising the person for their illness, lifestyle or choices. So for example, a judgmental approach would be: "I see from your notes that you eat a very unhealthy diet and drink excessive alcohol. It is your fault that you have heart disease." A non-judgmental approach would be: "Heart disease can have many causes, one of which is diet and lifestyle. If you are able to improve these with our help and advice, it will really help your heart." Good luck!
Just seen your question whilst listening to this. Can I ask from what news source did you hear this from? I have not heard of this at all and I am from the UK.
Hello Jay. Thank you for your videos. In addressing patients, I'm used to calling them " my dear, darling, sweetheart"....is that wrong during the speaking or i should stick with their formal names?
You should aim to complete all the tasks, however, it's a conversation not a lecture. You should be able to adapt to the direction of the conversation and respond to concerns or questions raised by the patient/relative or his/her emotions. You won't lose marks if you are explaining things well and don't finish every task.
16:19 Guys these are questions really not for Jay to answer. These are ethical scenarios that we got tested on all the time. You empathize, say I am sorry to hear this they are feeling this way. Ask them how can you help them now in any way. Also this should be very uncommon scenario. sure they will have agitated patient/attendent but not to this extreme. THINK OF IT AS A READ-WORLD HOSPITAL SCENARIO.
