Before i put them in the oven I just put the empty peppers in the Microwave for six minutes then drain them and put the stuffing in and add the cheese on top about 45 min. in the oven. Love you guys videos ....great stuff. Mike
Cream cheese sounds good too. You can also mix rice in there or breadcrumbs, pinenuts and stuff like that. I like the rotelle with the habanero in it, it’s a little hot but the habanero flavor goes really good with pork and fish. Jalapeños or habanero pepper added that would be good, I add onions to everything. Looks great.
Those look delicious brother this is quickly becoming my favorite Outdoor Channel on UA-cam I appreciate the time you put into the videos that you make for us thank you sir👊👊
Mmm-mmmm my mouth was watering all through the video & mostly at the 'end'!! Looks sooo good!!! Your BIGGEST fan & hungry Minnesota Man - Greg Leonard 👍👍
Heal up good brother, dont push it. Thanks for all you and Hannah do. Your blessed with a great daughter, like i am with my son. 🙏 Great youngins. Appreciate the share, will try it👊💥 elk is great meat, probably my favorite, but i like all food😁✌
Uncle Jeff, what a beautiful video of the Dad in the kitchen video, that you have shown us today. Thanks for sharing this electrifying work of art that you did for your fans. Outstanding job sir.
I can smell it from here in Oklahoma Jeff....looks great. You look like you're doing pretty good w that arm. Take care bud....love yr videoes!!! I appreciate yall
Jeff I'm glad your surgery went well. Just take it easy and give it time to heal. I looking forward to seeing your new skinning shed getting a work out. Let's see that thing in action. Get well Brother.
Jeff even if a fella just got up from the table your cooking would make him hungry that really looks delicious, them peppers you growed are really nice I ain’t had a garden for a couple years can’t take care of it any more
Hannah always mentions that pintrest boards? Thaey ought tiHave a reipe fer some nawLins' durty rice. Stuff that in yiure Perrpers! Yep, that is GOOD!🙏😍
Oh man! I have several peppers I have been waiting to pick until I had a new idea on what to stuff them with. I turn mine on the side to let the liquid out too. After regular cheese drains the liquid I like the last 15 minutes to have Parmesan cheese to make a crust. I let mine go 40 minutes in a toaster oven because it is too hot to cook with anything else. Catch me a pig and ship it an hour and a half north of Nashville Jeff! You will be getting rid of certain destruction and helping a disabled person that can’t hardly hunt to survive anymore.👍 win win Thanks for another cool video. Take care of that arm and keep it moving so you heal well.
I just made those last week with grass-fed beef onions little bit of rice with mozzarella on top shredded and shredded cheddar they were awesome I forgot I put mushrooms in mine fresh mushrooms that's awesome
One of my greatest joys is cooking with vegetables you grow in your own ground! Great video, thanks for sharing the recipe. Wishing a speedy recovery with your arm! Y'all take care!

G'Day Jeff,, Good to see you back on track, hows your arm going?..It going to be quite awhile before it is better i guess. Take you time, it's a long process, you don't want to take any chances. Love your video's and your daughters videos. All the best form Sydney Australia...
Hope you heal quick and well my friend take care if the bad weather comes your way, you are tough and stubborn keep on trucking regards from an old fart from the UK
@@jelenekoutdoors9023 My mom could cook really well. All my friends and the neighbors would come over and eat everything. No leftovers for the next day. Sometimes only bones for the hounds 😃
How's the arm feeling Jeff.....Tell little Miss Hanna to be easy when she arm wrestles you..lol. Glad to see you up and around. Thank you for your videos. This looks so good. Be safe
Looking good. Next time take your bell pepper tops and use all but stem in sausage. Good flavor and helps stretch out so plenty of filling for all peppers
Hey Jeff, Looks like the arm's not slowing you down any 'tall ! Something you can do on those peppers to limit the liquid is to add some plain uncooked rice at the bottom, or pasta shells/macaroni will work too at absorbing all the liquids... just allow more time by pouring in your mixture and letting it sit 5 or 10 minutes before placing in the oven, and that extra resting time will help saturate the rice or pasta before heating it all up in the oven. We used to do a Boy Scout dish where you cut one pole end off an onion, leaving the outer paper skins on the outside... using a knife and spoon you can cut/scoop out the middle sections, leaving at least 2-3 outer layers for stuffing later. You can cook them directly in the coals of your fire if you don't have aluminum foil.
I so love stuff Bell pepper. Nothing like southern style home cooking. Appreciate y'all Jeff!!!
I'm a chef in New York City and I just wanted to say that I really do love your cooking videos. Keep them coming brother🇺🇸
