I don't think I've ever heard someone move so technically and yet quickly through information. Really a nice job with the verbiage and getting to the point in this video. Thanks!

Someone asked what does lifting the frontal bone do? Here is my two cents. The frontal bone relates with the anterior cruciate lobe of the cerebrum. This technique supports blood supply in the area. This technique follows A.T. Still emphasis for the support of arterial blood flood This relates with happiness, inhibitions, high activity has been found in people who meditate (NatnlGeo Mar2012) promote happiness and inner peace. My own experience is that athlete in football, soccer, hockey, boxing, and other contact sports, who suffer frontal bone and other head trauma, benefit from decompression of the frontal bone. Injuries to the occiput and to the mandible may also induce restrictions in the coronal suture. Just a thought and warm up for my cranial class

I have a friend who will lightly squeeze my head in different places when I have a headache or sinus trouble. It feels so good. I tell him I wish that a doctor would come up with a safe device that people can use at home that would squeeze and add pressure where you need it. Thank you for the video.

There is no squeezing in craniosacral therapy

Hi! How do I know when everything is balanced (when to stop) or when something is off? Is there something I need to visually see aligned to guide me? I seen someone use the collar bones as a guide thanks!

I've always been fascinated by the innate human ability to hold firm beliefs which contradict their observations. It's wild how otherwise intelligent people are able to be confronted with things which challenge their beliefs in a very clear way yet still defy reason.
An audience of over 100K sitting here watching this video of a skull which clearly is subdivided into parts, and getting instructions about how moving the parts of the skull should have health benefits, all the while we all know a real adult skull isn't subdivided into such parts and they simply can't move in that way. It's not unlike when a child talks about a big round santa coming down a 5 inch chimney without calling it into question.

Hi! Could you please help me to understand? I'm studying Osteopathy and din't get the following: When we find a right torsion lesion, or even a LFR on the right, how do we fix it? Using a direct techique, should we apply the same movement as in a normal flexion/extension?

Lots of acronyms. I do not like the Sutherland hand grips. It is too easy to apply excessive pressure. The parietal hand grip is okay, although no reason for resting the thumb over each other is given. The part on the contraindications was well done. The good news is that you do not have to be an osteopathic physician to treat with craniosacral. Few Osteopaths use their hands or treat outside of giving drugs, ordering test, and performing surgery. Overall not a bad posting of CST.

There is not a shred of evidence to support the use of this "treatment". All content regarding cranial osteopathy should be tossed from the NBOME exams and osteopathic school curriculums.

It’s annoying when people that are suppose to be experts are obviously reading instead of just speaking about what they should know.

Sometimes it's helpful to write it first with thoughtfulness and with the ability to edit in order to present the information articulately. I get tongue tied in front of a camera or with public speaking, and find I more thoroughly cover the topic when prepared (like pre-writing my presentation). Off the cuff is good, but often valuable information can be missed (or forgotten) in the moment even if it is known for a variety of reasons such as time constraints, nervousness, etc.

It is amazing to do. And feeling the bodies carcadieon rhythm. (Sorry forgot how to spell it). But actually feeling the frontal bone lift. I was completely amazed with the whole procedure.
