Hey do you have your armor/kinsect set up anywhere? Id love to see what youre running for this, I cant seem to do this kind of damage and im not sure why lol

It's important to enrage Alatreon, it takes 20% more damage for just being enraged.

The layered armor is Passion head, chest and waist (will be available next festival I think). Thermae arms and legs.
