🌰This peanut butter cheesecake is SUPER easy and very tasty! Have cheesecakes intimidated you? They have me! I have learned a few basics over many failed cheesecakes and just thought I would share my peanut butter cheesecake with you. Grab that big heavy cream and use the leftovers with lots of fresh garlic to make homemade chicken alfredo the main course for this decadently delicious dinner!

Basically followed this recipe...but you know did my own things which will get you into Cheesecake trouble! It might even result in your hubby trashing your cheesecake... oh so many failed attempts!

For the Chicken alfredo, I just wing it and use my taste buds my ancestors have blessed me with!
Cook chicken fully, I seasoned mine with salt, pepper, and red pepper! Set them aside. In the same pan add butter (chicken drippings) about 2 tablespoons, and LOTS of fresh garlic. Once the garlic is cooked, add a couple tablespoons of flour and slowly add heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper. A little parsley and fresh lemon right before serving is delish! YUM!
Never buy store bought alfredo sauce again! This homemade alfredo is SO easy and SO SO good.
