We bought one a few months ago. I sent an email asking if it can be installed about two inches off the floor. We have a concrete ledge in our garage and no other place that doesn't have this. Is it still possible to install if it's still on a stud?
You'll want to make sure you have enough ceiling height in case you plan on storing a barbell there as well. Also, yes, install into the stud. Depending on how far the lip sticks out, the range of motion could be effected as you lower the bar closer to the floor.
Landmine is a game changer for sure!
You know it!
