Misery of no sector road in front of M3M Marina, Sector 68, Gurgaon

Over 3000 residents of M3M Marina in Sector 68, Gurgaon are facing hardships daily due to lack of basic infrastructure like proper road, stable electricity connection, clean & hygienic water from GMDA and sewerage.

This is the reality. All houses were sold with point no. 1 this is the main road that will directly open to Sohna road. But we are still waiting for this to happen. Thanks Barnana for putting this all together. Miseries of M3M Marina.

EDC/IDC paid by Customers in Gurgaon when buying Apartments should give them legal rights to Basic Amenities. I don't know if courts can be of any help here?
#M3M Failure should make other Investors/ home buyers think once again after seeing this Video.

Is M3M Marina not having water pipelines? Saw few tankers coming in during my visit for property purchase. Property dealer did not mention any cons of this project. Can you please advise if it will be worth buying property here in resale?

No property dealer will tell you cons. Their aim is to get commission from property sold.
