Love the j bree book. It was my favorite book last year.
Any chance you have a recommendation that is not 500 pages? 😬 I mix up listening and reading to make it more digestible. But I find myself wishing for a bit less world building or at least more romance built into the world building.
I still haven’t read Powerless 😩
So far this year I've loved all the Cresent city books and Fourth Wing and Iron Flame! 🧡🧡🧡 I ordered Powerless last night and waiting for it...I'm hoping I'll love it 🤞🙊 I really need to pick up Spark of the Everflame like asap- btw speaking of New Adult, you know how you browse around B&N and see all the genre sections...I still dont see a New Adult section as much. I wonder if it's only my local bookstore or not. I just never see it... so I was surprised you mentioned Powerless being NA when I thought all along that it was YA lol 😂😅
It's not an official category for traditional published books I think is the issue. You really have to go by reviews to know which are which. Powerless is listed as YA but its probably older.
Literally crown of oaths and curses was my favorite fantasy this year and I read book 2 and cried at the ending.
